A fuel cell assembly for easy removal and installation of a fuel cell system is described. The fuel cell assembly includes one or more first rolling members provided in one or more first slots of a first base arrangement, where a plurality of holes are configured on a second surface of the first base arrangement. Each of the one or more first rolling members includes a plurality of rollers configured to be inflated and deflated. The inflating and deflating of each first rolling member facilitate movement of the plurality of rollers of each first rolling member into a plurality of holes and out of the plurality of holes, respectively, which enables the fuel cell system to move between a raised position and a lowered position. The raised position of the fuel cell system indicates a position in which the fuel cell system is in contact with the plurality of rollers.

A method of assembling a fuel cell stack includes depositing a liquid seal material on an interconnect, pressing a fuel cell into the liquid seal material, and solidifying the liquid seal material after pressing the fuel cell into the liquid seal material. The seal material may also include a support portion or extensions which are configured to reduce an amount of compressive stress on corners of the fuel cell in the fuel cell stack.

In one embodiment, the present invention is comprised of a first member of a slide assembly. A second member of a slide assembly has a removably coupled stopping portion. The stopping portion is adapted to provide a barrier with regard to the first member such that during a coupling of the first member with respect to the second member misalignment is minimized.

A slide assembly for slidably mounting a computer server unit to a rack. The slide assembly includes a stationary member and at least one slidable member slidably mounted thereto. A front bracket is mounted to a front end of the stationary member and a rear bracket is mounted to a rear end of the stationary member. Both the front and rear brackets include a plurality of mounting pins and a spring element. The mounting pins are positioned within holes in the rack columns and the spring element applies a bias force against the rack column to hold the slide assembly to the rack.

Flat spring clip for tool-less slide installation

A method and apparatus for easily and inexpensively coupling a chassis to a slide. Computer related components are disposed within a chassis that is disposed within a rack. A sliding assembly that includes an inner slide allows the chassis to be extended from the rack such that the computer related component can be easily replaced or serviced. The inner slide has an opening extending therethrough that is partially covered by a spring that extends over the opening. A protrusion extends from a side surface of the chassis that can be engaged with the opening so as to couple the chassis to the inner slide. When the protrusion is being inserted into the opening, the spring deforms so as to allow the protrusion to enter the uncovered portion of the opening. When the protrusion reaches the uncovered portion of the opening the spring automatically moves back into its undeformed shape so as to engage the protrusion. The protrusion is secured between the end of the spring and the sides of the opening where the opening is uncovered, securely latching the chassis to the slide. The chassis can be easily uncoupled from the slide by deforming the spring and removing the protrusion from the opening.
