A system for a drive energy store of a hybrid or electric vehicle is provided. The system includes a receiver which is designed to receive state information of the drive energy store, the state information specifying whether a defect is present or imminent in the drive energy store; and a charging controller, which is designed to adjust a maximum charging voltage and/or a maximum state of charge for a charging process of the drive energy store by a recovery mechanism and/or a load point shift and/or an external charging station to a reduced value if the state information indicates that the defect is imminent.

A vehicle includes a high-voltage battery which has a housing and at least one battery module arranged in the housing that has multiple battery cells which are electrically connected together via a cell contacting system. Each of the battery cells has a battery cell housing with an emergency degassing opening which opens at a specified cell inner pressure and through which hot or burning gas can be leaked out of the interior of the battery cell housing into the housing of the high-voltage battery in the event of a disruption or damage to individual battery cells. The emergency degassing openings face the cell contacting system and/or a wall of the housing of the high-voltage battery. The cell contacting system and/or the wall of the housing of the high-voltage battery is/are provided with a heat protection layer, at least in the regions in which the emergency degassing openings are arranged.

A carrier board element is provided for the cell connectors of a battery having a plurality of battery cells. The carrier board element has a plurality of cell holders uniformly spaced apart from each other. At least one locking element for the locking in of a cell connector is associated with each of the cell holders. The locking element is arranged on the carrier board element. A plurality of cell connectors can be captively locked in one over the other at the locking elements.

A cell module for a battery of a motor vehicle has a plurality of battery cells for storing electrical energy and a module frame which includes at least two pressure elements, between which the battery cells are arranged, and at least one tension rod which is loaded in tension. The tension rod is formed from a material and by which the pressure elements are clamped against each other via the battery cells. As a result, the battery cells are compressed, wherein the pressure plates are clamped against each other by the tension rod in such a manner that a yield strength or the 0.2% yield limit of the material of the tension rod is reached.

A cell cover for a prismatic cell, in particular a lithium-based cell, is provided. The cell cover includes a cover plate having a bottom side, a top side and at least one current-carrying cutout, at least one electrical terminal arranged at the top side, at least one current clip associated with the at least one electrical terminal, each current clip being connectable to the cover plate in a corresponding connecting region of the bottom side of the cover plate. A corresponding electrical conductor is arranged in each current-carrying cutout. The electrical terminals and respective current clip are contactable with their associated electrical conductor. The cover plate has in at least one of the connecting regions at least one connecting cutout spaced apart from the current-carrying cutout. A corresponding one of the current clips is connectable to the cover plate in a positively locking manner at the connecting cutout. The top side of the cover plate, at least in sections opposite the corresponding the bottom side connecting regions, has a substantially planar shape.

A cell contact-making system for a cell module which has at least two electrochemical cells includes at least one support component, which can be fixed to the other cell module, for supporting at least one cell connector, which electrically connects the two electrochemical cells to one another. At least one covering component covers the cell connector on a side which is averted from the electrochemical cells. In order to provide an automated cell contact-making system which is producible in a more cost-effective manner and has integrated electric shock protection, the covering component is a flexible plastic film and, in a stretched state, is partially cohesively connected to the support component.

An energy storage cell includes an electrically conductive housing having at least one first, one second, and one third outer wall, with the first outer wall being located at a distance from the second outer wall, and with the third outer wall connecting the first and second outer walls to one another. At least one electrochemical element is disposed in the housing having one anodic connection and one cathodic connection. An anodic current tap on the first outer wall is connected to the anodic connection in an electrically conductive fashion, and a cathodic current tap is connected in an electrically conductive fashion to the first or third outer wall. The cathodic connection is connected in the interior of the housing to the second outer wall in an electrically and thermally conductive fashion.

A condensate trap is provided for a housing of a motor vehicle that is sealed off from the environment, wherein the housing is provided for accommodating a technical component, in particular a power storage module. A reservoir for accommodating the condensate is formed in or on the floor of the housing. The reservoir forms the lowest point of the floor in a predefined installation situation of the housing.
