A method is provided for arranging a high-voltage accumulator having a plurality of battery modules on a support structure of a motor vehicle, in which the battery modules are arranged and fastened on a base plate, and the base plate is fastened on a bottom plate of the support structure of the motor vehicle, as a result of which the base plate and the bottom plate provide an accumulator housing which delimits an accumulator interior in which the battery modules are accommodated. At least one connection field is mechanically connected to the support structure. The connection field is able to electrically and/or fluidically connect the high-voltage accumulator to the motor vehicle.

A group of motor vehicles contains at least vehicles of two different vehicle types of the following vehicle types: a battery drive vehicle with only one electric motor drive, a hybrid drive vehicle with an electric motor drive and an internal combustion engine drive, a fuel cell drive vehicle with a fuel cell drive, and an internal combustion engine drive vehicle with only one internal combustion engine drive. An underbody module for a motor vehicle includes a left side element and a right side element, wherein the side elements extend in a longitudinal direction and are connected on the end sides by transverse elements, as a result of which an upper contact surface and a lower contact surface are formed. A floor element is arranged on the upper contact surface. A cover element is arranged or can be arranged on the lower contact surface, as a result of which an arrangement space is formed or can be formed between the floor element and the cover element, wherein the floor element is arranged in a gas-tight manner.

Underbody module and motor vehicle

A method for integrating a high-voltage accumulator having at least one accumulator module into a support structure of a motor vehicle, wherein the following is performed: providing a housing part, which has a base plate and a frame-like edge extending around the base plate; arranging the at least one accumulator module on the housing part and/or on the support structure; arranging the edge of the housing part below and on a frame structure formed of supports of the support structure; and fastening the housing part to the support structure. An accumulator housing for the at least one accumulator module is thus formed. A housing interior of the accumulator housing is delimited by a bottom part of the support structure, which bottom part covers the frame structure toward a passenger compartment of the motor vehicle, and by the housing part and the frame structure.

A body structure for a passenger car has B-pillar reinforcements of which each have an upper attachment section for attachment to the roof area and a lower attachment section for attachment to the floor assembly or to a side sill. The B-pillar reinforcements are formed as integral tubes made of high-strength steel material and, between the lower attachment sections of the tubes and the upper attachment sections thereof, have a curved course having a constant radius of curvature.

A vehicle body is disclosed. The vehicle body includes a lateral sill panel device made of fiber-reinforced plastic, which is formed as a hollow profile with an external wall element as an impact face, and a floorpan structure including a transverse seat support made of fiber-reinforced plastic, which extends in the Y-direction of the vehicle body substantially to the external wall element.

Motor vehicle

An impact protection element for a vehicle is disclosed. The impact protection element includes a side sill composed of fiber-reinforced plastic, where the side sill is formed as a hollow profiled element and includes an outer wall element, which forms an impact surface, and an inner wall element, which lies opposite the outer wall element and can be connected to a vehicle structure. A reinforcing element composed of fiber-reinforced plastic is disposed in the side sill and includes at least one flat connecting surface which connects the outer wall element to the inner wall element and is oriented substantially parallel to the XY plane of the vehicle.

The invention relates to a rim assembly for a vehicle having a rim having an axial inside facing the vehicle and an axial outside facing away from the vehicle, a rim flange designed on the axial outside of the rim, and a first groove designed in the rim. The first groove is arranged in the rim flange or axially outside of the rim flange, and a disc-shaped cover, which covers the axial outside of the rim. The radially outer edge of the cover inserts in the first groove and a first elastic element in the first groove clamps the radial outside edge.

Rim assembly

A frame assembly is provided for a two-wheeled vehicle, in particular for a bicycle, including: a main frame, which has a head tube for connecting to a front wheel mount and a saddle connection for connecting to a saddle; and a drive-train swing arm pivotably connected to the main frame. The drive-train swing arm includes a wheel suspension for a rear wheel to be driven and a pedal-crank drive having a pedal crank for driving the rear wheel by muscle force of a rider. The pedal-crank drive is associated with the drive-train swing arm. The drive-train swing arm is pivotably connected to the main frame by a multijoint assembly.
