Generating of a device description for a measuring device

Described is a sensor unit having a measured signal receiver, which registers a measured signal, an A/D converter for digitizing the measured signal, a transceiver device for wireless data communication to an environmental device, and a processor. The processor is a control processor for activating the measured signal receiver, the A/D converter, and the transceiver device. The invention moreover relates to an evaluation means configured for carrying out this method and a level gauge. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a computer program and a computer program product including instructions for carrying out the method according to the invention.
