A golf green is enhanced by sliding a spacer tube and bell onto and circumscribing a flag pole. The spacer tube upper end suspends the bell above the golf green, defining a gap smaller than golf ball diameter. The bell rings when struck by the golf ball. The spacer tube and flag pole reliably locate the bell relative to the green. In some embodiments, the bell is positioned relative to a cup within the hole in the green, while in other embodiments the bell is positioned relative to the green surface. A method of installing a golf bell onto a flag pole having a flag includes disabling a flag on the flag pole, such as by removal of the flag from the pole, slipping a spacer tube about and down the flag pole, followed by a bell until the bell rests on the spacer tube. The flag is subsequently re-enabled.

The present application describes antibodies that selectively bind human Fc&#x3b3;RIIB, with little or no binding to other human Fc&#x3b3;Rs, e.g., human Fc&#x3b3;RIIA. The invention also provides isolated bispecific antibodies comprising an antibody that selectively binds Fc&#x3b3;RIIB, and a second antibody that specifically binds an activating receptor. Various uses, including therapeutic uses, for those antibodies are also described, including administration with anti-tumor antibodies and methods of inhibiting immune responses and suppressing histamine release.

An apparatus for quickly installing a flag on and removing a flag from a golf hole flag staff is disclosed. A flag staff attachment having laterally displaceable retaining clips is threaded onto the top of a golf hole flag staff, and a retainer cap is installed through the aperture at the top of the sleeve of a golf hole flag. Laterally displaceable retaining clips on the retaining cap engage the flag sleeve's aperture, thereby securing the retaining cap to the flag. An engagement member on the retaining cap displaces the retaining clips of the flag staff attachment, thereby allowing the engagement member to pass therebetween, thereby securing the flag to the staff.

A variant of a polypeptide comprising a human IgG Fc region is described, which variant comprises an amino acid substitution at amino acid position 329, or at two or all of amino acid positions 329, 331 and 322 of the human IgG Fc region. Methods for determining binding of an analyte to a receptor

A stirrup buckle for releasably connecting a stirrup strap to the saddle strap of a saddle. The buckle is a two piece assembly having a base mounting plate with side flanges and a pivoting angled tongue lever member connected thereto pivotally mounted between the side flanges. The base mounting plate securely attaches the buckle to the stirrup strap. At least one post and preferably, a pair of posts are formed on the underside of the tongue lever member. The posts are spaced apart in a side by side relationship extending inwardly from the rear underside of the tongue lever member for insertion through selected spaced holes of the saddle strap. The posts located on the tongue lever member extend through matching slots formed through the surface of the base plate flush with the exterior surface for securing the two straps together.

Stirrup buckle

A hand operated aerator for cutting a plurality of holes in turf and soil to facilitate incoporation of air, water, and plant nutrients into the soil and has an upright member attached to a pan. A plurality of tubes attached to the pan are pushed into the turf and soil to cut holes therein. A foot located below the pan is operatively connected to a lever mechanism that is manually moved to extract the tubes from the turf and soil.

A tool for cutting elongated turf strips has a cutting head secured to lateral stabilizing members. The cutting head is a rectangular box-shaped member having forward peripheral cutting edges. The stabilizing members have rollers that ride on the turf surface to ensure a uniform cutting depth of the cutting head. An upwardly and rearwardly directed handle is pivotally connected to the top wall of the cutting head to facilitate moving the cutting head through turf to cut a strip of sod therefrom.

A tool for cutting hexagon turf plugs has a base secured to upright legs and a hexagon-shaped cutter. A handle is attached to the legs to facilitate moving the cutter into turf to cut a turf plug. Wedge members secured to the inside of the cutter retain a cut turf plug within the cutter. Rods and a ring attached to the base and legs cooperate with the legs and wedge members to hold stacked cut turf plugs on the tool.
