An application can executes a plurality of tasks and responds to interrupts. The application can include an event logger that writes data values to an event log stored in an assigned partition of memory in response to a call to the event logger, wherein the call includes an identifier of an event and parameters corresponding to the data values, and the event logger ceases further writing to the event log in response to the identifier of the event matching a predefined stop identifier.

Event logger

A system is provided for temporarily converting a conventional hand truck to provide an adjustable platform. The system may comprise a shelving unit and a control unit, where the control unit is configured to raise and lower the shelving unit on the frame of the transporting device. The shelving unit may comprise a platform for supporting removable items thereon, and a back plate configured to engage a portion of the transporting device frame, where the back plate comprises a plurality of rollers that minimize lateral movement of the shelving unit when it is being raised or lowered during operation. The control unit may comprise a drive unit and a cable system configured to permit the drive unit to direct movement of the shelving unit, the cable system comprising at least one cable, at least one pulley, and a winch upon which a portion of the cable may be radially wound.

An inflatable dunnage bag is formed by a flat, flexible triangular envelope constructed of heavy kraft paper and a sealed inner plastic liner which is inflatable through a valve. The bag is used for shoring load by standing it upright with its base topmost, horizontally oriented, and positioned adjacent the top of the load and its apex positioned contiguous to the bottom perimeter of the load.

Dunnage bag

A dunnage bag having multiple outer plies of paper and an inner ply of plastic has a baffle means opposite the inflation valve to prevent dry burn constituting either a piece of corrugated paper or a similarly flat member of sufficient included area to baffle substantially all of the air projected through the valve and having an expanded thickness sufficient to separate the confronting surfaces of the plastic ply a discrete distance so that the air stream directed through the valve will be diffused transversely and thereby dissipate any vibratory forces tending to produce a dry burn on the plastic ply.

Means for preventing dry burn in a paper plastic dunnage bag

A dunnage bag having multiple outer plies of paper and an inner ply of plastic has an air diffuser extending across the inflation valve outlet and connected to the bag to prevent dry burn from inflation of the bag by high-pressure air. The diffuser constitutes a porous flat member having an expanded thickness and through which an air stream is expanded by deforming the member spherically outwardly, thereby to diffuse the flow of air and prevent any vibratory forces tending to produce a dry burn effect on the plastic ply opposite the valve outlet.
