The present invention discloses a method and a device or tooth pod for regeneration of teeth. In some exemplary embodiments, a method of implanting a tooth pod comprises of providing a tooth pod, implanting the tooth pod into an insertion point, and sealing the insertion point. The tooth pod comprises a composition of vitamin E oil and penicillin. In some exemplary embodiments, the tooth pod comprises of a permeable membrane defined by an outer layer and an inner layer, and a cavity defined by the space enclosed within the inner layer. In some exemplary embodiments, the device is a spherical pod. The tooth pod is implanted into the gum line at approximately ½ the depth of a tooth, which provides space to growth of tooth upwards and downwards. The blood fills the hollow space of the tooth pod and forms nerve roots. Thereafter, a new adult tooth is formed.

The present invention is a dental implant device that mimics the structure and appearance of a real tooth. In some exemplary embodiments, the implant device may include a top portion, a bottom portion, and a cavity. The top portion is a crown portion adapted to mimic a crown of a real tooth. The bottom portion includes a root portion that is adapted to facilitate blood flow into the device. The cavity is adapted to receive and retain blood flow, which triggers the regeneration of dental pulp and dentin and makes the device vital. The dental pulp will contain real nerve roots which not only enable the artificial tooth to sense hot and cold, but also give the tooth vitality. The device is implanted into a patient's gum line and will gain strength in approximately 1½ months and be at full strength within 3 months.

A combination of mulch and sterilized organic fertilizer is provided for hydro seeding and hydro-mulching for seed establishment and erosion control. The composition includes hammer milled straw, horse manure and urine, sterilized with heat and processed to provide an optimal particle size. The incorporation of horse manure utilizes a dispersible natural fertilizer collected and processed within a certain time frame which provides an efficient method of recycling 'green' horse manure' and liquid waste having a higher acidity than decomposed animal waste. Tackifiers and flocculants such as ground paper aid pumpability and help tack the straw fibers to the ground. The equipment includes a gas heat source, a dryer vessel and a processing unit. The dryer vessel receives the bedding composed of straw and manure for contact with the heated gases to convert the same to a sterilized dry material.

Methods, systems, and apparatus for a flatpick device is in the present application. The flatpick device includes a front face and a back face, the flatpick includes first and second bores through the flatpick extending from the front face to the back face. Also included is a band with a first distal end and a second distal end, the first distal end extending from the front face to the back face through a first bore and the second distal end extending from the front fact to the back face though the second bore.

Techniques and devices for digitally resolving quadrature fringe signals from interferometers such as optical interferometers and interferometer-based sensing devices. In one implementation, two quadrature fringe signals from an interferometer which causes two signals in two signal paths to interfere with each other are sampled to obtain digital data samples from the two quadrature fringe signals. The digital data samples are used to perform a linear least square fitting to establish coefficients for an ellipse traced by the two quadrature fringe signals as a phase difference between the two signal paths changes. A pair of digital data samples are respectively obtained from the two quadrature signals at a given moment and are used to compute a corresponding phase difference between the two signal paths of the interferometer from established coefficients of the ellipse. The coefficient for the ellipse can be updated over time. This digital processing allows for real time processing.

A treadmill having an endless belt mounted upon an underlying support surface for rotation thereover, the underlying support surface having a curable coating composition applied thereto to improve the performance and efficiency of the treadmill. The coating composition consists essentially of from about 30 to about 50 volume percent of a polymeric resin, from about 30 to about 60 volume percent of a wax compatible with the polymeric resin, and from about 2 to about 12 volume percent of a particulate constituent selected from the group consisting of metal and melamine. The coating composition can also include a fibrous mat disposed over the underlying support surface of the treadmill.

An indicating device in the form of a thin metallic foil such as manganin on which a temperature indicating material such as Tempilaq is sprayed the foil being tapered to provide a temperature gradient whereby the passage of current through the tapered wedge causes a melt line to occur indicating the amount of current flow.

A non-breakable digital thermometer and a method for its manufacture are provided. The thermometer comprises a plastic strip, either flexible or rigid, of microencapsulated temperature responsive liquid crystal material in a lateral array of numerical indicia, each index having associated with it liquid crystals having a temperature responsive range relevant to the numerical value of the index. Overlap of temperature responsive ranges is provided to insure at least one visible indicia, when the temperature being measured is within the range of interest. A substantially continuous sheet of an inert transparent base is sequentially printed with a darkly pigmented mask defining transparent indicia areas. Different liquid crystal composition slurries are coated in a continuous stripe over the appropriate indicia, with adjacent compositions allowed to mix at the edges, before rapid partial drying prevents additional mixing. The compositions are then dried substantially completely, and coated with a darkly pigmented coating. Individual strips are then cut transverse to the direction of movement of the film so as to provide individual digital thermometers.

A rapid and convenient temperature indicator is provided having a tubular heat-conducting member joined at one end to a heat sink and having the other end rounded for ease of contact with the surface whose temperature is to be measured. Conveniently, a cylindrical protective cover is provided which is slidably mounted on the heat sink by means of a slot relieved threaded member and nut. The heat-conducting tube has a darkened surface which is coated with a liquid crystal composition having a mesophase temperature range which provides a temperature response in the range of interest. One or more liquid crystal compositions may be employed providing bands along the tube. A reticule is provided, which can be calibrated to give an accurate approximation of the temperature of the surface being measured.
