A crawfish shelling tool including a handle, and a wire extending outwardly from one end of the handle. The wire has a generally U-shaped configuration. A closed end of the U-shaped configuration is opposite the handle. The wire is a high-tensile strength steel wire having a diameter of no more than 1/32 of an inch. The wire has a first side extending outwardly from an end of the handle, and a second side extending outwardly from the end of the handle. The second side is in coplanar relationship with the first side. The closed end is a curved end which connects an end of the first side with an end of the second side. The curved end forms an approximately 180.degree. curve. The first side and the second side taper inwardly toward the curved end.

Apparatus and method for removing meat from a crawfish tail

A video digital signal processing and display system that allows real time processing of video images with extensive filtering and inter-pixel interpolation. The system includes a front end user and program interface supported by a personal computer, and also includes a microprocessor for controlling the system and specialized video circuitry including an image translator. The image translator performs image translation, perspective projection, scaling, rotation, border insertion, and formation of composite images. The image translator interacts with the other specialized video circuitry which includes a frame constructor, a keyer and crosspoint switches, and a frame store constructor.

Real time video image processing system

An energy saver door closer for use with a sliding door. A long cylindrical housing is attached to one vertical edge of the sliding door, a weight is in the cylinder and a cable connects the weight over a pulley in the top of the cylinder to an anchor in the door jam. A seal surrounds the weight so that there is a sealing contact with the housing to form a pneumatic cylinder therein. The lower part of the cylinder is provided with passageways which lets air go in or out. The upper part of the weight is provided with a valve which is always biased to the opened position but is held closed so long as the cable is taut When the cable is loose, the valve opens and air can rush out and the door will close faster.
