A panel for use in a foundation or above-grade may be made with studs for strength, and for attachment to an interior wall. The composite panel has two outer facing sheets, and a core. Studs are provided on one of the outer facing sheets. The manufacturing process involves forming the panel on a mold by laying down a gel coat (optional), a lower facing sheet (used instead of, or with, the gel coat), the core piece(s), and the top facing layer. This can be done by a lamination process, or preferably is done by laying down fibrous material for the facing sheet(s) and vacuum-infusing it with resin, and curing the panel. The core pieces may either be pre-made, or (if infusion is used) may themselves be made in this process, by infusing them with the resin as well. The studs are preferably of galvanized steel and are secured by means of an adhesive.

Method of manufacturing a foundation wall panel

A vehicle seat assembly includes a seat frame having a seat back and stadium-type seat base for movement between a seating position and a storage position to improve ease of entry to the vehicle area behind the vehicle seat. A wall or roof of a trailer are formed from a first panel and a second panel which are joined together by a cap and a strip which interengage. The cap includes a base wall and an interlock provided thereon. The base wall abuts the outer surfaces of the panels. The strip includes a base wall and an interlock provided thereon. The strip and cap are separate members. The base wall of the strip abuts the inner surfaces of the panels. The interlock of the strip and the interlock of the cap mate together to form a joint. The interlocks extend between the panels. The panels may be composite panels or may be from a single sheet or multiple sheets of metal. An adhesive may be provided between the base wall of the cap and the outer surfaces, and an adhesive may be provided between the base wall of the strip and the inner surfaces.

Interlocking joint for a wall or door of a trailer

An adhesive may be provided between the base wall of the cap and the outer surfaces, and an adhesive may be provided between the base wall of the strip and the inner surfaces.

A vehicle seat for use by an occupant in a vehicle, for example an automobile. The vehicle seat comprises a seat base () coupled to a support structure () of the vehicle. A back frame () including side members (), the back frame further includes a second transverse member () coupled to the first and second side members, wherein the side members each have a lower end pivotably coupled to the seat base. A compliant back () is operably connected at an upper end to the second transverse member () and operably connected at a lower portion proximate the lower ends of the side members, and may include a biasing mechanism. The seat may also include a tuberosity pivot () coupled to the back frame () and the seat base (), which pivot may be motorized.

An electronic control system () for a vehicle seat is provided that includes a seat base (), a seat back (), an operator input device () and a control circuit (). The seat base has a seat back motor () configured to move a seat base forward and backward. The seat back has a seat back motor () configured to adjust an angle of inclination of the seat back. The operator input () device is configured to received operator commands for movement of the vehicle seat. The control circuit is configured to receive the operator commands and to control the seat base motor and the seat back motor. The control circuit is also configured to move the seat base and the seat back at a ratio of approximately 1 degree of inclination to between approximately 1 mm to approximately 4 mm of forward or backward movement of the seat base.

In one embodiment of the present invention, an ignition coil assembly includes a primary coil and a secondary coil. A primary connector assembly of the ignition coil assembly includes a conductor which is adapted to electrically connect one terminal of the primary coil with one terminal of the secondary coil. The conductor includes indentations which delimit a portion of the conductor and facilitate the removal of that portion of the conductor. The conductor further includes provisions for electrically connecting an electrical component such as diode in place of the removed portion of the conductor. The present invention thus facilitates inclusion of an electrical component such as a diode in applications which will benefit from the inclusion of the electrical component in place of the conductor.

Electrical component connecting provisions for an ignition coil

An ignition coil having primary and secondary coils, the primary coil wound around a central core member and including a permanent magnet made of a magnetic material that is less than fully dense, and is interposed between one end of the central core member and one end of an outer core surrounding the primary and secondary coil assembly and assuring the elimination of any air gap between the iron core and the central core member. The ignition coil further having a common modular design for a slip-in fit into differing modular housing designs depending upon the number of cylinders in the engine.

An ignition coil having annular primary and secondary coils, the primary coil wound around a central core member and including a permanent magnet made of a magnetic material that is less than fully dense, and is interposed between one end of the central core member and one end of a C-shaped iron core surrounding the primary and secondary coil assembly and assuring the elimination of any air gap between the C-shaped iron core and the central core member. Alternatively, the permanent magnet may be replaced with an electrically non-conductive shim of substantially equal dimension such that the energy output is substantially reduced and the charge/discharge interval substantially increased to thereby allow use of the same basic modularly constructed coil assembly for totally different ignition strategies.

An ignition coil assembly for an internal combustion engine including an ignition coil housing having integrally molded mounting members arranged on the outer perimeter of the housing in non-interfering relationship with the internal coil/core assembly components. C-Shaped laminated cores are encased entirely within the ignition assembly housing material or encased in an elastomer such as a rubber modified polypropylene and inserted into the housing assembly. The ignition coil assembly provides for use either in a internal combustion engine with a distributor-based or distributor-less ignition system.
