Further, the cross seal device can include a carriage configured to operate along the track. The carriage can include one or more rollers configured to engage the anvil to form a pressure contact between the anvil and the roller so that the top and bottom sheet materials are joined together.

Packaging forming system and related methods are provided. A packaging forming system can include a controller and nip rollers in communication with the controller. The nip rollers are positioned on either side of a product pathway on which products being packaged travel. The packaging forming system can include a top sheet material guide system that is configured to feed a top sheet material and a bottom sheet material guide system that is configured to feed a bottom sheet material to the nip rollers to form sides of packages around one or more products traveling along the pathway. The packaging forming system can include an adjustable table in communication with the controller and positioned along the pathway to provide support to the product being packaged such that the height of the table is movable to adjust a height position of each individual product to be packaged relative to the nip rollers.

Further, agitating magnetic capture particles also having associated therewith one or more specific binding members having an affinity for the one or more microorganisms of interest can be used to capture the microorganism-indicator particle complex and concentrate the complex in a localized area of an assay vessel for subsequent detection and identification. The complex can be dispersed, pelleted, and redispersed so that the culture sample can be retested a number of times during incubation so as to allow for real-time monitoring of the culture sample.

Packaging sheets, packaging material comprise one or more packaging sheets and related methods are provided herein. A packaging sheet can include a first substrate having a first surface and an opposing second surface. An adhesive layer can be applied on the first surface of the first substrate. A cohesive layer can he applied on the adhesive layer, such that the cohesive forms a first outer surface of the packaging sheet with the opposing second surface of the first substrate forming a second outer surface. The packaging sheets can, in some embodiments, comprise body bag sheets used to form body bags.

A system for processing coverings can include a conveyor having a surface on which a covering can be placed and being rotatable to move the covering in at least one direction. An imaging device can be configured to obtain an image of the covering on the surface of the conveyor. A projector can be configured to project an image onto the surface and the covering. The covering and the projected image can have a positional relationship to one another. A controller can be in communication with the imaging device and projector. The controller can be configured to project and move the projected image of the projector with the covering to maintain a positional relationship of the projected corrected image to the covering upon rotation of the conveyor. Methods are also provided for orienting an image projected onto work surface with a covering on the work surface to align the image and covering.
