The exercising device preferably has a handle with a proximal end and a distal end and a swing arm having a first end and a second end. The proximal end of the handle is rotatably connected to the first end of the swing arm, allowing the swing arm to rotate around the proximal end of the handle in a 'clock-hand' fashion. A connecting shaft and swing arm stopper prevent the swing arm and handle from becoming separated during use. The exercising device may further have a weight member positioned in a weight member recess located close to the second end of the swing arm. The weight member increases the difficulty of using the exercise device and is removably attached to the swing arm. A safety sleeve can fit over the weight member recess to prevent the weight member from dislodging during use.

Hand held exercise device

The present invention provides for an improved exercise resistance system to conduct numerous total body exercises. An adjustable elastic resistance cord or flat band may be combined with weights, or each type of resistance may be used alone, in order to vary the means of creating resistance during exercise. The length of the elastic resistance cord or flat band may be adjusted by means of a slip free, length quick adjustment device. The elastic resistance cord or flat band may be passed through the length quick adjustment device which may be secured at various points along the length of the elastic resistance cord or flat band, to change its effective usable length and thus change the level of strength, and range of motion. The length quick adjustment device may be secured by pulling an elastic resistance cord or flat band in one direction, and released by pulling the elastic resistance cord or flat band in the opposite direction. One end of the elastic resistance cord or flat band is attached to any hand engagement structure, preferably a cord handle/grip, a dumbbell handle/grip, a bar, or a glove. The other end of the elastic resistance cord or flat band is secured to any anchor structure, preferably a movable structure, such as a flat board, pad, aerobic step, workout bench, or TV interactive exercise structure.

Exercise resistance system

The present invention discloses an article of manufacture having at least one curved rail that is supported in an upright position with a supporting mean. The supporting means may be a stand, which may also contain at least one-foot holder and an arm bar. The curved rail or rails contains a seat that is capable of laterally sliding along the curved rail. The seat may swivel and contain handles for additional set of exercises.

The present invention is an exercise machine that is versatile, easily adjustable, and easy to store and transport. The machine may be used by varying sizes of users for a wide variety of exercises to increase strength. The Core trainer is comprised of a seat with a press bar attached to an adjustable arm, which is attached to a resistance arm. The press bar is available in various interchangeable designs. A pivot allows the adjustable arm and resistance arm to be placed in varying positions in relation to the seat to provide for a multitude of exercise options. The Core trainer can be used with a number of attachments, and also folds into a compact unit that takes up a fraction of the space of other exercise machines.
