A method and system for interaction analysis are disclosed. An example method for evaluation of an interaction between an analyte in a fluid sample and a ligand immobilized on a sensor surface of a biosensor includes providing a reference binding curve, representing a reference interaction for a predetermined acquisition cycle, by acquiring, using the biosensor, one or more binding curves for a reference-analyte ligand interaction at the predetermined acquisition conditions, acquiring, using the biosensor, a sample binding curve for the analyte ligand interaction for the predetermined acquisition cycle including at least one association phase wherein the sensor surface is put into contact with a fluid sample including analyte at a predetermined concentration, and generating a graphical user interface, including an upper threshold curve and a lower threshold curve defined with respect to the reference binding curve.

Method and system for interaction analysis

The present invention relates to a method of evaluation of molecular binding interactions at a sensing surface, and more particularly to a method for evaluation of screening data obtained from an interaction between an analyte in a fluid sample and a ligand immobilized on a sensor surface of a biosensor that is independent of interaction models. Preferably the biosensor is a SPR biosensor. The invention also relates to a biosensor system arranged to perform the method and a computer program arranged to control the operation of the biosensor system.

Method and system for determination of molecular interaction parameters

The present invention relates to a method for analysing a cell sample for cell surface-bound or intracellularly bound analytes by providing an array of immobilised specific binding agents for a set of different ligands, where each ligand is specific to a respective cell surface-bound or intracellularly bound analyte, and using the array and the set of ligands in an inhibition type or a direct type assay format to determine cell surface-bound or intracellularly bound analytes in the cell sample. Method of determining site-specificity and kit therefor

A method and apparatus for assaying a drug candidate with a biosensor having one or more sensing surface-bound biomolecules associated therewith are disclosed. The method comprises the steps of measuring the binding interaction between the drug candidate and the one or more sensing surface-bound biomolecules of the biosensor to obtain an estimate of at least one binding interaction parameter of the drug candidate, and then comparing the estimated binding interaction parameter against a mathematical expression correlated from binding interaction data associated with known drug compounds to determine an estimate of at least pharmacokinetic parameter of absorption, distribution, metabolism, or excretion (ADME) that is related to the drug candidate. The present invention allows for the simultaneous measurement of different pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug candidate, as well as an indication of the drug candidate's solubility, by use of a single analytical instrument. The pharmacokinetic data may be represented as a ADME characterization profile; such ADME profiles are of great utility for purposes of drug screening and lead optimization.
