A method of transporting grounding plates is provided, having a step of providing a plurality of grounding plates made from an electrically conductive material. Each grounding plate has a plate body with first and second faces that are planar, opposed, and parallel to each other, and a grounding connector formed from the same material and having a first end connected to the plate body. The grounding connector is bendable about the first end from a planar configuration to a functional configuration. In the planar configuration, the grounding connector is aligned with and parallel to the first and second faces of the plate body, and in the functional configuration, the grounding connector is at an angle relative to the first face of the plate body. The method has the further steps of stacking the plurality of grounding plates in the planar configuration and transporting the stack to a destination.

In one aspect there is provided a trailer having a front end, a rear end and a loading deck for carrying a skidsteer having an implement connector frame. The trailer further comprising a carrier operable to receive the skidsteer's implement connector frame. In a system aspect, there is provided trailer and skidsteer system. The trailer has a front end, a rear end and a loading deck for carrying a skidsteer thereon. The skidsteer has an implement connector frame. The system comprises a carrier operable to receive the skidsteer's implement connector frame and securing means to secure the implement connector to the carrier member. When the implement connector is secured to the carrier member, using the securing means, the skidsteer is placed in a secured transport position on the loading deck.

A metal support column shipping assembly, including a metal tubular support column with a shaft protruding from a top end of the support column. A top plate is provided having an aperture extending therethrough adapted to engage a remote end of the shaft. A bottom plate is provided which has a collar adapted to engage a bottom end of the support column. The bottom plate also has an aperture extending therethrough. The assembly has the shaft extending through the aperture in the top plate and the aperture in the bottom plate. A nut positioned on the shaft prevents the top plate and the bottom plate from being removed from the shaft.

A method of preventing separation of a vertically adjustable support column having sections connected together by mating threads and a support column. External threads of a second section are mated with internal threads of a first section until a first end of the second section protrudes into an enlarged diameter portion of an interior bore of the first section immediately adjacent to the internal threads. A top few of the external threads at the first end of the second section are mechanically damaged. The mechanically damaged threads prevent the first end of the second section from being removed from the enlarged diameter portion of the first section but permit relative telescopic adjustment of the first section and the second telescopic section within a limit provided by the enlarged diameter section.

Method of preventing separation of a vertically adjustable support

An injection capsule to treat trees and woody plants comprising a receptacle portion to hold a chemical to treat trees and woody plants. The receptacle portion has a closed end and an open end, the closed end being formed with a bore extending internally through the receptacle portion from the closed end to the open end. The bore houses a screw fastener, movable along the length of the bore and guided by the walls of the bore, to allow the injection capsule to be attached to a tree or woody plant. The bore is formed with a narrowed diameter section to limit the travel of the screw fastener as it is pushed through the internal bore and driven into a tree or woody plant in order to hold the open end of the injection capsule tightly against the tree or woody plant.

Injection capsule for treating trees

An apparatus for fastening an injection capsule having a fastening screw to a tree or woody plant comprising a rotatable shaft supported in a bearing member. The rotatable shaft extends through the bearing member into a cavity for holding and aligning an injection capsule where the shaft is formed into a driving member. The shaft is connected to a power source to rotate the shaft, whereby the driving member engages the fastening screw of the capsule and, upon rotation of the rotatable shaft, the fastening screw is rotatably driven into the tree or woody plant to fasten the injection capsule thereto.
