An adhesive application apparatus is provided. The apparatus uses a rolled on adhesive applied to a substrate. After roll application, an adhesive activator is sprayed onto the substrate. By spraying an activator onto the substrate after the adhesive is applied, the adhesive may be made tacky for adhesion, but the adhesive used for rolling may be highly stable and slow to dry/cure without said activator, which enhances rolled application effectiveness.

A foam assembly system is provided. The system is configured to heat a surface of foam. After the heating of the foam, an adhesive is applied, typically a high solids adhesive. The foam is then bonded to another foam surface. It has been found that the pre-heating of the foam before adhesive application greatly enhances the bond strength between the foam and the second foam surface to which it is adhered.

A holster for a spray gun is provided. The holster is configured to hold a spray gun in place when not in use. The holster has a reservoir body that defines an open-topped chamber. A fluid may be held inside the chamber, and a nozzle of the spray gun held by the holster may submerge in this fluid. The nozzle being submerged in the fluid of the holster can prevent hardening, thickening or drying of any material left over on or in the spray gun nozzle after use.

A foam drying apparatus is provided. The apparatus is configured to pass air, and in some cases heated and/or dried air, through a quantity of foam. This air passing through the foam absorbs or otherwise carries moisture out of the foam, drying it. The apparatus may utilize a pressure differential on opposite sides of the foam, causing air on the higher pressure side to pass through the foam. Typical applications may include the drying of foam assemblies which use water based adhesives to accelerate drying of the adhesive and/or removal of water from the foam assembly, and packaging of the foam assembly.

A two part adhesive spray system is provided herein. This system provides numerous enhancements to the prior art including limiting overspray 'fog,' saving on sprayed material because of a more efficient spray pattern, and providing a more efficient bond than that of the prior art. In particular, the present invention provides a spray pattern having both adhesive and activator. The activator is sprayed in a smaller spray area than the adhesive, which is sprayed on a larger area. As such, when sprayed on a substrate, the activator provides a rapid tack to hold a second adhered material to the substrate sufficient to hold it in place while the remainder of the adhesive dries and/or cures.

This system provides numerous enhancements to the prior art including limiting overspray 'fog,' saving on sprayed material because of a more efficient spray pattern, and providing a stronger bond than that of the air-atomized spray guns of the prior art.

An apparatus for supporting utensils utilizing a base member which includes a surface extending along the base member. The base member is linked to a structure, such as a cabinet, and may be movable relative to the same. A plurality of holders are connected to the surface of the base member to position utensils in a pendant mode. Sound attenuating devices are interposed adjacent utensils to absorb sound normally generated by utensils contacting one another.

Apparatus for supporting utensils

A system, apparatus and method for dispsensing medications prescribed by a doctor or other medical personnel. A portable memory device (such as a magnetic card) is used to store data representing prescription information. Prescription information is encoded into the memory device by a programming device located in a pharmacy. A container having a plurality of individual compartments is filled at the pharmacy with medications in accordance with the prescription information. The portable memory device and filled container are transported together to a medication dispenser located near a patient. The dispenser includes apparatus which reads the prescription information from the memory device and makes medications within the individual compartments available to the patient only at prescribed times. The medication dispenser also includes apparatus for monitoring whether or not the patient is complying with the prescribed medication schedule. Patient compliance information is stored within the memory device. The system also includes a monitor through which medical personnel can obtain a video display or printed record of the prescription information and patient compliance information stored within the memory device.
