Described is a lipid nanoparticle composition that includes a macromolecule conjugated to a polymer and a targeting agent. The composition can include a therapeutic agent. The therapeutic agent can be an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO). Exemplary ASOs are targeted to a portion of a nucleic acid encoding Akt-1, and which modulates the expression of Akt-1; or targeted to a portion of a nucleic acid encoding HIF-1, and which modulates the expression of HIF-1. Also described is a lipid nanoparticle composition that includes a macromolecule conjugated to a polymer and a therapeutic agent that is an ASO such as an ASO targeted to a portion of a nucleic acid encoding Akt-1, and which modulates the expression of Akt-1 or an ASO targeted to a portion of a nucleic acid encoding HIF-1, and which modulates the expression of HIF-1. Pharmaceutical formulations, methods of making the lipid nanoparticles, and methods of using the lipid nanoparticles, for example for treating cancers, are also disclosed.

A method of making a stretchable and flexible electronic device includes the steps of creating a computer aided design using a computer modeling software system of the electronic device; digitizing the computer aided design and importing the design into a computer memory of a sewing machine capable of performing embroidery; using the sewing machine and a conductive thread to embroider the design on to a fabric substrate to create the electronic device, whereby the electronic device comprises at least a portion of conductive threads; removing the fabric substrate from the electronic device using heat; coating the electronic device with a polymer.

A food container is divided into two compartments by a vertically extending partition wall. A user selects which of the two compartments will hold a food product and which compartment will receive inedible parts of the food product after edible part of the food product is consumed. A snap-on lid closes the container to retain the food product and discarded inedible parts inside the container. Flap openings in the lid allow access to the compartments.

A braced telephone support for supporting a one-piece telephone from a bedrail assembly of a hospital bed. The support includes a planer vertical section for abutment against an interior surface of an upper horizontal bedrail, and a lip rearwardly extending from a top edge of the planer vertical section for hanging engagement with the upper horizontal bedrail. The support further includes a pair of retaining members forwardly extending from opposite sides of the planer vertical section, which members have inwardly bent ends. The retaining members and the planer vertical section define an area to receive and support a base of a one-piece telephone. The support also includes a longitudinal extension extending from the planer vertical section for abutment against an exterior surface of a lower horizontal bedrail. Since the planer vertical section and the longitudinal extension abut upper and lower bedrails of the bedrail assembly on opposite sides thereof, respectively, a bracing effect is established.

This invention relates to a vehicle brake lighting system having a novel brake delay lighting system utilized with a conventional vehicle brake lighting system. The conventional vehicle brake lighting system includes a battery member being a power source connected through a brake pedal switch to brake light members. Depression of a brake pedal closes the brake pedal switch to energize the brake light members in a conventional manner. The brake delay lighting system includes a delay timer member which is interconnected by a timer circuit means to the conventional vehicle brake lighting system. The delay timer member is operable on release of contact with the brake pedal and opening of the brake pedal switch to provide for the continued illumination of the brake light members for a set time period such as plus or minus eight seconds. The brake delay lighting system is provided with a fail-safe system so that the conventional vehicle brake lighting system continues to operate in a normal conventional manner even on mechanical or electrical failure of the brake delay lighting system. The brake delay lighting system automatically resets to zero if the brake pedal is depressed during a timing cycle and again times out after release of the brake pedal for the full time cycle.

An adjustable sleeve for artists' paint brush adapted to adjust the effective length of the hair or bristles. The adjustable sleeve is tubular at its tip to contain the hair or bristles and which is split above the tip to provide a spring biased grip upon the brush ferrule. The adjustable sleeve is tapered in substantial conformity with the taper of the ferrule and it is longitudinally adjustable relative to the ferrule to vary the effective length of the hair or bristles.
