A promotion value model uses deep neural networks to learn to calculate the promotion value of a commercial brand. The model determines and reports the promotion value of a plurality of electronic media files each containing at least one commercial brand indicator. The learned model identifies the electronic media files and determines at least one context for each of the at least one commercial brand indicators. Promotion value is modeled with a deep neural network that maps the context for each of the commercial brand indicators to feature vectors mapped to an input layer of the neural network. Network parameters are learned to indicate relative weighted values between transitions of the layers of the neural network.

The invention is a novel seat belt releasing system for vehicles. The system comprises a series of vertically oriented seat belt straps suspended downward from the ceiling of a vehicle in connection with lateral members (such as netting). There are two straps per passenger including the driver. The seat belt releasing system comprises an inertial device which sends an electric signal upon receiving an inertial event. The signal charges a solenoid which releases a pair of sister hooks which in turn allow the main releasing member or coiled spring to be released upon this event thereby pulling on the cables. The cables in connection with the belts pull the belts and netting downward thereby preventing forward movement of the passengers as the netting is secured in front of each passenger. Resilient members are stretched alongside the straps when the seat belts are in the stored, at rest, position, in order to keep the length of the belts minimal.

Flexible slats rigidified by coiled formations along the longitudinal edges are hingedly interconnected by interleaving of the coiled formations to form a continuous, foldable window shade, or are interconnected by flexible spacers at the ends for simultaneous pivotal displacement as shutter blinds by an actuator device hingedly connected to the coiled edge formations. An intermediate bar formation integral with each slat, has pivot extensions projecting from each end of the slat into vertical guide tracks for pivotal support.
