An apparatus and mechanism to manage multi-modal real-time or quasi real-time sessions such as voice, video, instant messaging, or web-conferencing across multiple devices through a simple subscription to a session management service. A user can subscribe to the service from many devices (e.g. mobile device, desk phone, personal computer, internet appliance, internet TV, communication terminal, etc.) and through the service seamlessly move sessions back and forth between subscribed devices. In a preferred embodiment, a user utilizes a 'virtual slider' in a simple “two touch” procedure to effectuate the movement of a communication session from one device to another device via the service.

Method and apparatus for controlling sessions from one or more devices

An apparatus and mechanism to manage multi-modal real-time or quasi real-time sessions such as voice, video, instant messaging, or web-conferencing across multiple devices through a simple subscription to a session management service. A cooking ware vessel, such as a pot or pan, and which includes a bell-shaped heat shield spaced around its side, in order to prevent cooking heat from escaping sidewardly, away from the vessel side wall; the shield being made either integrally with the vessel, or else being removably fitted therearound.

Energy saving pots, pans and adapter

This device consists primarily of a pivotable tab, which normally rests within a well recessed in the top of a can, the tab being lifted upwards from the well portion, when it is desired to open the can of liquid. The tab portion is provided with nipples, which will enable the tab, when rotated, to align with a scored line on the top of the can, which when cut out by pressing the tab downwards, will enable the liquid to be dispensed from the can.
