A toy dart includes a cylindrical wall having an inner surface, an outer surface, a first open end at one end of the cylindrical wall, and second open end at the other end of the cylindrical wall. At least two fins are attached to the outer surface of the cylindrical wall. In addition, a resilient, bulbous head portion is mounted on the cylindrical wall at the second open end thereof, the head portion defining a chamber adapted to contain fluid and having an opening formed therein so that the chamber communicates with an interior of the cylindrical wall. The toy dart is constructed and arranged for aerodynamic flight when thrown, and upon the bulbous head impacting a hard surface, the bulbous head portion deforms for moving fluid contained therein into the interior of the cylindrical wall. Other embodiments of the toy dart are further contemplated.

Toy dart

A toy dart includes a cylindrical wall having an inner surface, an outer surface, a first open end at one end of the cylindrical wall, and second open end at the other end of the cylindrical wall. The toy dart is constructed and arranged for aerodynamic flight when thrown, and upon the bulbous head impacting a hard surface, the bulbous head portion deforms moving fluid contained therein into the interior of the cylindrical wall forcing an object out the cylinder. Other embodiments of the toy dart are further contemplated.

A ball-tossing device is disclosed that has a batting practice member that is mechanically coupled to a foot treadle plate that is pivoted on a base member. The arrangement is such that pressure on the foot treadle plate spring-loads the ball-tossing member, and continued movement of the foot treadle plate causes the ball-tossing member to quickly move the ball in an upward direction. A spring means is provided to return the foot treadle plate to a normal rest position that in turn, returns the ball-tossing member to a rest position.

Ball-tossing device

A simulated laser firing target sighting and missile firing and tracking system is incorporated in a hand-held simulated jet fighter plane model. The operator views by looking vertically downwardly a centrally oriented target sighting control screen that depicts the spatial region immediately in front of the jet fighter model plane. The model plane is further equipped with two stub wing mounted firing control handles serving as the operator control means and being mounted on either side of the plane's control panel. Operator finger pressure exerted on the left side control handle firing button results in a visual display of a clearly visible white lighted inverted V-shaped image pattern along with a central white illuminated circle simulating a laser beam being fired at an imaginary target located within a central target circle scribed on the ground glass screen. The right side hand control firing button is then pressed by the operator resulting in a visual display on the said control screen of a red light located in the centrally disposed control screen target circle. This red light display indicates in the mind of the operator a successful hit by the just fired laser missile. A jet fighter plane operator control panel is also provided facing the operator pilot while holding the model along with the forward segment of a jet fighter fuselage with its bottom mounted telescopic focus control and stub wing structure that together comprises the main physical structure of the present invention.

Simulated firing and sighting system

A game is provided in which individual playing pieces are moved incrementally along an elongated rectangular game board, according to the random throw of a die. The game board in the form and position of an elongated movable strip and is mechanically self-retracted continuously into a fixed body in the form of an animal's head, the mouth portion of which continually opens and closes during the play of the game. The playing pieces are moved incrementally away from the animal's snapping mouth according to the random throw of the die, the object of the game being for a playing piece to reach the safe area at the extremity of the elongated strip prior to full retraction of the strip, along with the playing piece into the animal's opening and closing mouth.

This shooting game or apparatus includes a light projector having a source of light, an objective and a sighting device in which is placed, in an interchangeable manner, a perforable support bearing some targets. The support is caused to move through the light beam between the source of light and the objective so as to project the image of a target on a screen. Hammer apparatus is movably mounted on the projector for driving a tapered element so as to perforate the support at a point somewhere on its surface. The apparatus also includes apparatus for causing the perforable support bearing the targets to move continuously through the light beam.

A toy article having a body formed in an egg-like configuration and including a top portion and a base in which a weight is located, the weight insuring that the body will always return to an upright position regardless of exterior forces applied thereto. A central section is disposed between the base and the top portion and is rotatable relative thereto, the central section being divided symmetrically into an opaque portion and a clear portion. Located interiorly of the central section is a fixed interior band having graphic material imprinted thereon that is visible when the clear portion of the central section is aligned therewith, wherein relative movement of the central section with respect to the interior band, locates a selected part of said graphic material in alignment with the clear portion of the central section for visual access thereto.

A plier wrench is provided which has a body with a fixed jaw and a movable jaw slidable relative thereto that carries a rack. A gear engages the rack and moves the movable jaw and in addition a pivotal handle or lever is provided which may be swung toward the main handle or body portion which lever carries a tab that engages and rotates the gear to move the movable jaw toward the fixed jaw.

A walking doll having a hollow body on which arms and legs are mounted, the legs being mounted for pivotal movement to effect a walking action, a pneumatically operated assembly being located within said body and interconnected to the legs for producing the pivotal movement thereof, the pneumatically operated assembly including independently operated bellows units that communicate with manually operated members that define the hands of the doll and that are responsive to alternate pressure exerted thereon for producing the walking action of the legs.
