The invention relates to a rotor () for a reluctance machine (E), wherein the rotor () has a laminate stack () with layers (), each of the layers having a plurality of flux-conducting portions () which are formed in each case by a magnetically conductive rotor lamination () and extend between two adjacent d-axes and transversely to a respective q-axis (), wherein the flux-conducting portions () are separated from each other by in each case a flux barrier () which is filled with a casting compound. The aim of the invention is to additionally provide a permanent magnetic excitation in the rotor () without degrading the reluctance of the rotor. To this end, the invention provides that the casting compound comprises permanently magnetic particles () in one or more or each of the flux barriers ().

Sealed contact bushings

A method involves sheathing a superconductor with a thermoplastic insulation material on all sides. The conductor exits a guide channel that extends in the propulsion direction. A melt hose is extruded from the molten insulation material in the propulsion direction and through a nozzle that has an outlet which embraces the conductor, whereby a distance is kept on all sides. The melt hose is stretched via the propulsion of the conductor. The hose is drawn to the surface of the conductor and is compacted by cooling. The method can especially be used for sheathing band-shaped high-T-superconductors. Materials having processing temperatures between 200&#xb0; C. and 450&#xb0; C., are selected as thermoplastic insulation materials.

A method for producing a component from a glass/polymer mixture where, a component is formed from a mixture of a thermoplastic with a processing temperature Tand first glass particles with saturated surface bonds and a glass temperature T&#x3c;T, at a temperature T&#x3e;T. By melting the first glass particles, second glass particles are produced with surface bonds which can be saturated. The bonds are saturated by being bonded to the thermoplastic.

The thermoplast-based glass/plastic compounds according to the invention contain a low melting point sulfophosphate glass having the following composition: 4 to 10% Li O; 4 to 10% Na O; 4 to 8% K O; 1 to 2% CaO; 35 to 37% ZnO; 0 to 3% La O ; 19 to 22% P O and 19 to 22% SO , a high-performance thermoplast, an organic additive and/or a mineral filling material and optionally also carbon black and/or a sterically hindered phosphite or phenol.

A component of this type advantageously provides both mechanical stability and dimensional consistency in separate areas within the same component.
