In a process for the lithography-based generative production of three-dimensional shaped bodies, wherein material that is solidifiable by exposure to electromagnetic radiation is present on a material support that is permeable in at least a region thereof, a building platform is positioned at a distance from the material support, material located between the building platform and the material support is heated and in the heated state is location-selectively irradiated by a first radiation source and solidified, wherein the electromagnetic radiation is introduced into the material from below through the material support that is at least partially permeable to radiation from the first radiation source, the heating of the material is performed by irradiating the material support with electromagnetic radiation of a second radiation source, wherein the material support is substantially impermeable for the radiation of the second radiation source.

Systems and methods for lithography-based additive manufacturing three-dimensional (3D) structures

The present invention relates to a method for producing shaped bodies () from a building material, in which a layered structure of a shaped body () takes place by successively solidifying layers of the building material by exposure to electromagnetic radiation in a layer area having a contour specified for the respective layer. The method provides that together with the shaped body (), a sleeve-like frame () surrounding the shaped body at a distance is constructed layer by layer from the building material, and that in addition, a plurality of pin-like connections () are constructed integral with the frame () and the shaped body (), which are distributed around the shaped body () and which connect the shaped body () with the frame ().

A method for the lithography-based additive manufacture of three-dimensional molded bodies, in which a build platform is positioned at a distance from a material support, which is permeable to the radiation of a radiation source at least in some areas, for a material solidifiable by exposure to said radiation, wherein the material support is translationally moved between a first position and a second position, characterized in that material is applied with a defined layer thickness during the movement of the material support from the first position to the second position, after this the applied material, between the build platform and the material support, is location- and/or time-selectively irradiated by the radiation source and solidified, and subsequently material is removed from the material support during the movement of the material support from the second position to the first position.

The heating unit has a transparent, electrically conductive layer (), which covers the entire area of at least the exposure region above the trough bottom, and which is provided outside the exposure region on opposing sides of the layer with electrical contacts () extended over the opposing sides, which are connected to a controlled electrical supplier to enable heating of the entire area of photopolymerizable material above the trough bottom in the exposure region by current flow through the layer.
