It is provided an interrupter assembly for power distribution systems that is improved in terms of at least one of compactness, durability, synchronicity and dielectric withstand.

Interrupter assembly

A switching device including a breaker electrically connectable to an electrical conductor, and an at least partially electrically conductive housing to which the breaker is mounted, the housing having an outer surface. The breaker includes an electrically conductive first contact and an electrically conductive second contact, the second contact being movable and in relation to the first contact and in relation to the housing, and when the first and second contacts are in contact the breaker is in a closed position, and when the first and second contacts are separated the breaker is in an open position. The switching device is arranged to provide a current path between the breaker and the electrical conductor, and the housing houses a guiding member for operating the second contact, the guiding member being movable in relation to the housing, wherein the guiding member includes a biasing assembly.

Switching device and a switchgear

A switch device including a bus bar, and a switch knife, wherein the knife is arranged so as to pivot around an axis perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the bus bar. The bus bar presents a projection which is an integrated part of the bus bar, and the knife is pivotable to a first position, in which it directly contacts said projection, and to a second position in which it is removed from contact with said projection.

Switch device and a switchgear provided therewith

A device for electric connection to an energy supply conductor for intermediate and high voltage. The device includes an insulation part and an electrically conducting voltage-carrying part. The voltage-carrying part is surrounded by an outer shell formed by the insulation part. The insulation part is formed by a thermoplastic polymer. At least along a part of the length of the voltage-carrying part, the outer shell extends with a spacing between its inner periphery and the outer periphery of the voltage-carrying part.

A device for electric connection to an energy supply conductor for medium and high voltage, including: a voltage-carrying element; a tubular outer shell formed by a thermoplastic polymer and connected to the voltage carrying element; wherein the voltage-carrying element extends in a longitudinal direction of the tubular shell, and wherein, at least along a part of the length of the voltage-carrying element, the outer shell extends in a longitudinal direction with a space between its inner periphery and an outer periphery of the voltage-carrying element; the outer shell being provided with an outer contact surface to be connected to a wall of a gas-tight container somewhere along the part of the length of the voltage-carrying element; wherein the outer shell is arranged so as to separate said space from an atmosphere outside a container to which the device may be connected. At least along a section of the part of the length of the voltage-carrying element the space is filled with a filler of an electrically insulating material other than that of the outer shell, the filler completely filling the space along the section.

A contact system for a short-circuiting device for a switchboard, the contact system including at least one fixed contact piece connected to a main voltage source. The contact system also includes at least one moving contact piece and an insulating screen penetrable using the at least one moving contact piece so as to make contact between the at least one moving contact piece and the at least one fixed contact piece. The screen is disposed between the at least one fixed contact piece and the at least one moving contact piece.

Contact system for a short-circuiting device in a medium-voltage or high-voltage switchboard plant

A current conductor for an electrical device including an electrically conducting central section having a first side and a second side. The central section is configured to receive at least one inserted electrical component. Two electrical conducting shield sections are each disposed on one of the first side and the side and configured to shield against an electric field. A load disconnecting circuit is disclosed with a housing that has a first housing section, which houses the drive, and has a second housing section, which houses a fixed contact element and a longitudinally extended moving contact element. The second housing section has a longitudinal extension adapted to the moving contact element. Field-control rings are placed on the second housing section while encircling it, of which the first are arranged in the vicinity of the fixed contact element and the second are arranged in the vicinity of the switch-off position of the moving contact element. Via a respective connection conductor, the first field-control ring is connected to the potential of the fixed contact element, and the second field-control ring is connected to the potential of the moving contact element when in its switch-off position.
