An electrical nut assembly for coupling an electrical lug to an electrical post is disclosed. The electrical nut assembly comprises a compression fitting and a compression sleeve. The compression fitting comprises a material comprising a first yield strength and comprises an internal thread operable to electrically couple to the electrical post and a base surface configured to electrically couple to the electrical lug. The compression sleeve comprises a material comprising a second yield strength greater than the first yield strength and is sized to at least partially cover the compression fitting. The compression sleeve is configured to compress the compression fitting in a radial direction when fitted at least partially over the compression fitting and pressed or advanced axially towards the base surface and as the compression fitting makes contact with the electrical lug.

A rear-loaded electronics array, comprising a first circuit board assembly comprising a rail and at least one slat assembly. The at least one slat assembly can be operable to be removed from the rail and replaced on the rail from a rearward position. A second circuit board assembly can comprise a rail and at least one slat assembly. The at least one slat assembly can be operable to be removed from the rail and replaced on the rail from a rearward position. The first circuit board assembly can be positioned adjacent the second circuit board assembly, and the first circuit board assembly can be coupled to the second circuit board assembly, thus forming the rear-loaded electronics array. The first and second circuit board assemblies can be installed and removed independent of one another, as well as each of the individual slat assemblies from any circuit board assembly.

Methods and apparatus for a rail-mounted array assembly

Compact reeds maximize flexural length by efficiently utilizing available space surrounding the port. Maximum length arms are disposed at the perimeter of the housing inlet port. Stresses at the ends of the arms are mitigated by utilizing compound radius transitions. The transitions are constructed by two or more arcs of different radii, which produce lower stresses at such junctures than if single radius transitions were used. The arms are disposed close to the reed sealing surface edge to orient the flow streamlines to be aligned with the arm width, thereby minimizing frontal drag area. The reduced frontal area reduces drag forces and related stresses on the arms, and reduces the overall flow related pressure drop across the reed. Replacing a single hole port, a port comprised of multiple passages of varying size control the velocity exiting the passages. The velocity gradient across the port provides further capability to orient the said streamlines to reduce said drag. In the reverse direction, where the reed obstructs flow, the ends of the passage walls provide structural support to the reed sealing surface, enabling the said surface to be thinner than otherwise possible.

As the bellows compresses, the gaps between adjacent diaphragm spans begin to close, thereby supporting the diaphragm and limiting further increases in stress. The remaining and shortened free span of each diaphragm is able to withstand the elevated pressures achieved during the compression process, ultimately offering a stable structure to the increase in loading. A lubricious wear stripis used to protect the diaphragm from undesired wear that could result from metal to metal contact between the diaphragms. A wear strip offsetaccommodates the placement of the strip. The close spacing facilitated by the offset maintains a clearance given by Itemwhen the diaphragm is fully compressed, resulting in higher compression ratios where compressible fluids are pumped, and higher flow efficiencies where incompressible fluids are pumped.
