A method to establish virtual security perimeters for classified electronic documents on a computer system. The security perimeters are based upon a full classification determination of all informational content of an electronic document file. The full classification determination is uniquely coded to identify a classification value, the classification regime used to classify the information as well as ownership of the electronic information of the electronic document, and is embedded in the electronic document. The classification determination code is matrixed with identification codes for elements of a file management system and used to control computer events initiated on a computer involving the electronic document. Computer events on computers are monitored for the coded full classification determination. The code scheme is also used to identify a breach of a security perimeter on a computer of an unauthorized classified electronic document and warning of the breach.

Method to establish virtual security perimeters

A software engine runs in a compatible mode with off-the-shelf word processors, e-mail programs and presentation development software and other document development software. The software engine is used for the security classification of sensitive or national security classified information in electronic and resultant hard copy document formats. The software engine ensures that the individual considers all informational portions of a document, that appropriate document marks are employed, that document marks in their electronic format are persistent and that all necessary information, such as classification guides, standards and security regulations, provided by the organization to classify information is at hand and immediately available. In addition to the document sensitivity or classification determination and marking support, the software engine tracks and controls documents and the electronic media storing documents. It also provides warnings and alarms, ad hoc document security analysis and reporting capability to system security administrators with respect to document or network events or captured information that may be indicative of risk to the information requiring protection. The software also provides the ability for an organization to centrally establish and control a security classification or sensitivity marking hierarchy for automated security classification support.

Method for providing customized and automated security assistance, a document marking regime, and central tracking and control for sensitive or classified documents in electronic format

The present invention provides compositions in the form of solutions, tablets and gels adapted for prophylaxis and treatment of oral lesions. The compositions are suitable for use as an oral lavage, and comprises water, a peroxide (preferably hydrogen peroxide) in a premixed aqueous form in the preparation mixture, with between about 0.01% and about 0.4% of a bicarbonate (preferably sodium bicarbonate). To produce such a composition adapted for the prophylaxis and treatment of oral lesions most preferably involves dissolving the peroxide and bicarbonate in an aqueous solution to produce a premixed preparation. In preferred embodiments, the aqueous solution has between about 0.01% and about 0.8% hydrogen or benzoyl peroxide and between about 0.01% and about 0.4% sodium bicarbonate. In more preferable embodiments of the present invention, the oral lavage (formulation) includes hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of about 0.4% and sodium bicarbonate at a concentration of about 0.2%. Additionally, a method for prophylaxis and treatment of oral lesions incident the use of chemotherapeutic agents is included in the present invention. This method involves the step of initially providing a premixed preparation comprising water, between about 0.01% and about 0.08% of a peroxide (preferably hydrogen peroxide) and between about 0.01% and about 0.4% bicarbonate (preferably sodium bicarbonate). Oral rinsing with said preparation, particularly multiple daily oral rinsing, is shown to enhance healing of oral lesions and impedes or prevents the development of oral lesions, particularly those oral lesions incident to cancer chemotherapy. SOL may also be used as a dental plaque retardant. The preparation may also serve to maintain the clinical crowns of patients' teeth free of debris during periods of significant myelosuppression, when dental flossing and tooth brushing is not feasible.

Formulations and uses thereof in the prevention and treatment of oral

For an excimer laser system utilizing in a laser chamber a lasing material and a mixture of a diluent rare gas and a heavy rare gas and halogen rare gas in given percentages, there is disclosed a method and apparatus for reducing the expenditure of the rare gases by continuously evacuating the laser mixture from the laser chamber removing from the evacuated laser mixture any gaseous impurities to provide a cleaned laser mixture and thereafter feeding the cleaned laser mixture back into the laser chamber. Along with the cleaned laser mixture there is fed in a supplemental halogen gas. The gaseous impurities along with the halogen are removed by passing the gas through an elongated tube having calcium particles therein with a void fraction for a given length of tube in the range 0.30 to 0.60. Some of the ratio is obtained by providing alternate layers of calcium particles and inert, refractory spacers, such as stainless steel wool.

Recycling apparatus for an excimer laser

A method of reducing an expenditure of a rare gas in an excimer laser system includes evacuating a lasing material including a mixture of diluent rare gas and removing therefrom halogen compounds. Supplemental lasing material is then added to the lasing mixture.

Providing of gases for an excimer laser

For an excimer laser system utilizing in a laser chamber a lasing material and a mixture of a diluent rare gas and a heavy rare gas and halogen rare gas in given percentages there is disclosed a method and apparatus for reducing the expenditure of the rare gases by continuously evacuating the laser mixture from the laser chamber removing from the evacuated laser mixture any foreign halogen compounds to provide a cleaned laser mixture and thereafter feeding the cleaned lasing mixture back into the laser chamber. Along with the cleaned laser mixture there is fed in a supplementing lasing material which is a mixture of the halogen gas, the diluent gas and the heavy rare gas. The percentage of the halogen gas in the supplemental material is substantially greater than the given percentage in the lasing chamber while the percentages of the diluent gas and the heavy rare gas are substantially the same as the percentage ratios of the given percentages. To prevent laser system pressure from changing as the supplemental material is added to the system there is disclosed a method for venting the lasing material to maintain constant laser system pressure.
