A fluid conduit system a first conduit section having a first conduit bore extending from a first end of the first conduit section to a second end of the first conduit section, the first conduit bore including a first beveled surface proximate the first end of the first conduit section. The fluid system also includes a second conduit section coupled to the first conduit section and having a second conduit bore extending from a first end of the second conduit section to a second end of the second conduit section, the second conduit bore including a second beveled surface proximate the first end of the second conduit section. The fluid system further includes a coating applied to the first beveled surface and to the second beveled surface.

A nut for joining conduits includes a body having a generally cylindrical shape and defining a central opening. A plurality of lugs can extend outwardly from an outer surface of the body and provide one or more strike surfaces. The central opening can include a threaded portion proximate a first end of the nut and a tapered portion extending from the threaded portion. The tapered portion defines a frustoconical surface that expands the central opening beyond the threaded portion. The tapered portion may terminate at an undercut or flange proximate the second end of the nut.

A nut for joining fluid conduits in a joint assembly includes a nut body having an inner body surface forming a through-bore, for supporting a first fluid conduit and a second fluid conduit. Internal threads upon the inner body surface advance in a helical path around a nut center axis between a thread origin, and a thread terminus that is located between first and second axial end faces of the nut body. At least one of the thread terminus and the thread origin is located within an increased thickness region formed by a varied radial thickness of the nut. The nut has a reduced risk of cracking in service.

A fracturing manifold system including a first plurality of junctions mounted on a support structure and fluidly connected via conduit, individual ones of the first plurality of junctions configured to receive fracturing fluid from at least one fracturing pump and the first plurality of junctions including a first terminal junction. The fracturing manifold system further includes a fracturing head fluidly connected to the first plurality of junctions. The fracturing manifold system is configurable between a first configuration in which the fracturing head is mounted at a location proximate an end of the support structure and a second configuration in which an additional junction is mounted on the first support structure at the location, the additional junction is fluidly connected to the first plurality of junctions, a second plurality of junctions is fluidly connected to the additional junction, and the fracturing head is fluidly connected to the second plurality of junctions.

Systems and method for providing a modular hydraulic fracturing manifold

A fracturing system includes a plurality of junctions mounted on a chassis, such as a trailer chassis. Pressurized fluid is provided to the plurality of junctions via a plurality of conduits, e.g., from one or more pumps. The junctions and the conduits are independently mounted and independent vibration dampening systems damp vibrations at the individual mounts. Vibration of individual of the junctions may be damped by a first dampening system having first dampening properties and individual of the conduits may be damped by a second dampening system having second dampening properties different from the first dampening properties.

A swivel joint includes a first pipe section and a second pipe section. The pipe sections may define a flow path via which fluid passes through the swivel joint. One or more surfaces proximate a junction of the first pipe section and the second pipe section may be selectively coated to resist wear from erosion, corrosion, and or abrasion.

Method of removing a valve cap threadedly engaged with a valve body includes inserting at least one coupling rod from a cap adapter through a valve cap attachment hole to couple the structures, coupling an output drive of a torque multiplier with the adapter, and exerting an input torque on the torque multiplier to rotate the adapter and valve cap, the input torque exerted on the torque multiplier being increased by the torque multiplier.
