A liquid dispenser comprises a housing and a hook for suspending the housing from the rim of a lavatory bowl. A user inserts a sealed inverted reservoir bottle into the housing, which breaks the seal. A plate located in the housing conveys liquid from the bottle to a position within the stream of flushing water. The plate can be adjusted to accommodate different lavatories. To allow venting of the bottle, small vent holes are formed in the plate. The plate may have a number of raised holes or elongate slots. A vent system for the bottle is also provided.

Valve assembly for dispensing container

A container assembly is provided for dispensing a mixture of a primary composition. The container assembly includes an outer container extending along the longitudinal axis and defining a chamber for receiving the primary composition therein. A collapsible inner container is positioned from the outer container and defines a chamber for receiving the secondary composition therein. A dispensing member simultaneously urges the primary composition from the outer container and the secondary composition from the inner container.

Container assembly

A mixing valve assembly is provided for a container structure. The mixing valve assembly includes a valve stem having an inlet within the container structure and an outlet external of the container structure. The valve stem is movable between a first depressed position wherein the composition is retained in the container structure and a second position wherein the composition exits the container structure through the outlet of the valve stem. A generally concave biasing structure extends from the valve stem and urges the valve stem toward the first position.

A manually operable dispensing pump for use with a primary container containing a primary fluid, the pump having a body containing a sprayer mechanism and having a primary attachment means for attaching to the primary container and secondary attachment means for attaching to a secondary container having contents to be co-dispensed with the primary fluid. The secondary container is attachable by the secondary attachment means directly to the body at a location remote from the primary container. The secondary container has a holding chamber for holding selected contents and an outlet that provides immediate communication between the holding chamber and the sprayer mechanism when the secondary container is attached to the body so that contents of the secondary container can pass immediately into a mixing chamber in the body to be mixed with primary fluid pumped from the primary container. The mixing chamber contents are then discharged from the pump. Preferably, the secondary container is detachable. A detachable secondary container to be used with the pump is also disclosed.

Manually operable pump for mixing and dispensing primary and secondary

An electrically activatable fumigating device and the method of its use. The device is adapted to be useable with vertically or horizontally oriented, wall-mounted electrical receptacles as well as receptacles mounted in horizontal countertops, all without the need for moving parts in the device. This is accomplished by the relative angle of the electrical plug to the longitudinal axis of a well contained within the body of the fumigating device from the mouth of which active ingredient is expelled by chemical reaction. Use of a modular heating assembly aids in allowing economical manufacture so that the fumigating device may be made inexpensively enough to be a single use device, with a self-disabling, single use, electrically activated heating means.

Electric fumigation device

A spray bottle combination for dispensing fluids from multiple containers, while simultaneously and instantaneously venting the fluid containers. The combination includes at least two fluid containers, a sprayer mechanism, including a sprayer actuator, for pumping fluid from the containers to dispense the fluid, a manifold and a fluid transfer mechanism. One end of the manifold is connected to an outlet end of each of the fluid containers. The manifold provides at least one fluid discharge opening and at least one vent opening for each container. The fluid transfer mechanism provides fluid communication between the fluid discharge openings of the manifold and the sprayer mechanism. The fluid transfer mechanism includes a valve arrangement, engageable with another end of the manifold, for simultaneously opening and closing the fluid discharge openings and air passage to and from the vent openings of the manifold upon a corresponding pumping actuation and deactuation of the sprayer actuator.

The system has two primary positions: A compressor position which has a single compressor motor switching mechanism which both activates the compressor motor and turns it off when the desired pressure level is reached and, designed to mate with the compressor system, a container position having an air inlet valve.

System and method for pressurizing dispensing containers

An apparatus for the simultaneous dispensing of fluids from multiple containers in a pre-determined ratio. The apparatus has a pump, at least two fluid containers, a fluid transfer device including dip tubes to transfer fluid from the containers to the pump, a venting system that prevents the creation of pressure differentials between the containers, and a device to open and close the dip tubes so leakage from the containers can be prevented.

Assembly for simultaneous dispensing of multiple fluids

A method of assembling a trigger sprayer which includes a container for holding a product, a pump module for pumping the product and a pump actuating module for actuating the pump. The method comprises adding the product to the container, placing the pump module into the container, and relatively advancing the pump actuating module and the container holding the pump module so that locking means locks the three components together and mating means join complementary portions of the pump module and the pump actuation module together.

Method of assembling a trigger sprayer device

A trigger actuated sprayer for dispensing liquid products featuring a movable hinge point for the trigger handle in the form of a flexure. The flexure allows a constant orientation for the spray nozzle to be maintained by accommodating changes in radial distance as the trigger handle is depressed, while decreasing the complexity and parts count of the overall structure. A sealing member is incorporated into the piston and the cylinder of the pump for the device to reduce leakage of the liquid product when the pump is not used or is inverted.
