A centrifugal blower has a first housing section and a second housing section separated by a width of the centrifugal blower. The centrifugal blower also has an intake port extending through the first housing section and the second housing section along the width, and an outlet port formed by the first housing section and the second housing section. A dimension of the width continuously decreases as the outlet port is approached along a length of the centrifugal blower.

Variable geometry of a housing for a blower assembly

The present disclosure relates to a control box configured to connect to heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. The control box includes an outer housing and a divider wall located within the outer housing that separates a high voltage section of the control box and a low voltage section of the control box. The control box also includes a controller disposed within the low voltage section and first wiring extending from the controller to the HVAC equipment via a first passage formed in the outer housing. Additionally, the control box includes second wiring extending between the low voltage section and the high voltage section via a second passage formed in the divider wall. Furthermore, the control box includes a cover configured to engage the outer housing to cover the low voltage section while exposing the high voltage section.

Integrated control box for HVAC units

A furnace system includes an air intake that includes a pipe portion and a seal component configured to couple with the pipe portion. The furnace system also includes an internal drain disposed internal to the air intake. The internal drain includes a trough configured to collect liquid flowing along an inner surface of the pipe portion. The internal drain also includes an opening in the trough configured to guide the liquid collected in the trough to a passage through the air intake to a location outside the air intake.

A furnace or other heat exchanger application for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems having condensate control. Specifically, a condensate control for secondary heat exchangers is provided for use with high efficiency furnaces, particularly for small tonnage systems, such as residential or unitary systems. Condensate management permits a plurality of furnace orientations while providing resistance to corrosion due to liquid condensate.

Heat exchanger

The application provides condensate management to permit a plurality of furnace orientations while providing resistance to corrosion due to liquid condensate, while providing a furnace system that utilizes less expensive materials and is easily fabricated.

A furnace system is provided having a blower bracket arrangement. The blower bracket arrangement is configured to mount both a blower and electrical controls for the furnace. The bracket supports the blower for the HVAC system and provides an easy mode for moving the blower in and out of the HVAC system for maintenance and repairs. The electrical controls are easily accessible when mounted to the blower bracket arrangement.

Two-in-one blower and electrical controls bracket

A HVAC system is provided having a three in one door bracket. The door bracket is configured to mount a door on the HVAC and to secure wiring within the HVAC. Various door arrangements may be used with the exemplary door bracket and at least one wire, or a plurality of wires, may be secured in the wire retention area of the door bracket. The door bracket can mount a variety of doors, regardless of the fastener requirements because of the dual fastener areas on the bracket.
