A leash booster adapter is descripted which is attach to each end of a section of pet leash, and comprises an elastic member between shorter than the pet leash section to which it attached. In use, the device applies progressive resistance to the pet proportional to the stretching force provided by the pet pulling on the leash: the harder the pet pulls, the more resistance is felt. Rather that a hard jerk felt by the pet when it pulls, a gentle resistance is first felt, increasing in force as the pet pulls harder.

Pet leash booster adapter

An approach is provided for storing secondary maritime vessels to primary maritime vessels. A first signal is caused, at least in part, to be received to actuate a drive mechanism configured to cause, at least in part, a secondary vessel to be moored in a first state to a primary vessel. The drive mechanism is caused, at least in part, to be actuated in a first direction based on the first signal, wherein causing, at least in part, the drive mechanism to be actuated in the first direction is configured to cause, at least in part, a drawing mechanism to draw the secondary vessel towards the primary vessel and configured to cause, at least in part, a lifting mechanism to raise the secondary vessel from a substantially horizontal plane to the first state.

System, method, and apparatus for storing and deploying auxiliary vessels

The invention described herein represents a significant advancement in systems that enable a user to control systems and input data into a very wide range of systems. User interface devices that comprise an array of input devices such as buttons on a remote control, keys on a computer keyboard, touch screens, and a computer mouse. Such devices comprise an array of individually readable RFID transponders that can be passive or active and whereby user input can be read according the to output state of each individual transponder using RFID techniques. As an information input means, a user may change the RFID signature emitted by individual transponders and in so doing control systems or processes. Transponders can be positioned in physical proximity to graphics or alphanumeric characters and this proximity can be stored in memory such that a user altering a specific transponder represents specific data to a controlled system or memory. Also, the sequence or change or direction of changes in transponders can be used to controlled systems or processes in predetermined ways. Remote controls, computer keyboards, a computer mouse, touch screens and pads created with the present transponder array invention need not use complex circuits and do not require batteries to operate wirelessly.
