A sterilization, disinfection, sanitization, or decontamination system having a chamber defining a region, and a generator for creating a free radical effluent with reactive oxygen, nitrogen, and other species and/or a vaporizer. A closed loop circulating system without a free-radical destroyer is provided for supplying the mixture of free radicals from the generator mixed with the hydrogen peroxide solution in the form of the effluent to the chamber. The system is used in sterilizing, disinfecting, sanitizing, or decontaminating items in the chamber or room and, with a wound chamber, in treating wounds on a body. The wound chamber may be designed to maintain separation from wounds being treated. Various embodiments can control moisture to reduce or avoid unwanted condensation. Some embodiments can be incorporated into an appliance having a closed space, such as a washing machine. Some embodiments may include a residual coating device that deposits a bactericidal coating on sterilized items.

An arm restraint system is provided for restraining movement of an arm of a patient's body lying over a top surface of a table. A padded restraint is configured to at least partially receive the arm of said patient to thereby maintain the arm at a position laterally adjacent to the patient's body without the arm being restrained by tucking. In one example, the system includes a rigid support frame located at a lateral edge of said table and the padded restraint is securely fixed to the rigid support frame via a repositionable fastener to inhibit movement of the patient's arm relative to the rigid support frame.

A pipeline AC mitigation SSD Marker Station has a shape and land surface area footprint that are similar to conventional pipeline location markers or corrosion test stations. The SSD Marker Station includes an SSD device that connects an underground metallic pipeline to an underground grounding conductor. A cladding protection device is provided for protecting a height adjustment mechanism used to raise and lower the height of an operating room table. The cladding protection device includes a plurality of bodies seated upon the table base of the operating room table to surround a perimeter of the height adjustment mechanism to thereby inhibit contact with foreign objects. In one example, a complimentary coupler comprising a first coupler on one of the plurality of bodies removably engages a second coupler on another of the plurality of bodies to form the cladding protection device. In another example, a plurality of inwardly projecting stand-offs are located in close proximity with the perimeter of the height adjustment mechanism to inhibit directional movement of the cladding protection device.

An arm restraint system is provided for restraining movement of an arm of a patient's body lying over a top surface of a table. The system includes a rigid support frame located at a lateral edge of said table and a padded restraint configured to at least partially receive the arm of said patient. The padded restraint is securely fixed to the rigid support frame, via a repositionable fastener, to inhibit movement of the patient's arm relative to the rigid support frame and thereby maintain the arm at a position laterally adjacent to the patient's body without the arm being restrained by tucking.

The improved performance results from the selection of materials utilized including a combination of elastomers, and in some case an essentially oil-free composition, and an associated manufacturing process not previously utilized to create pliable print rollers for high speed drink can printing machines. In particular a particular embodiment, the composition includes a combination of elastomers (e.g., 75% polyisoprene and 25% polybutadiene), a filler (e.g., silica), a curing agent (e.g., peroxided), and other additives (e.g., pigment, antioxidant, antiozonant) with little or no oil added as a softener. An illustrative composition including 150 parts by weight contains 100 parts elastomer, 35 parts filler, 4 parts curing agent, and 11 parts other additives (i.e., zero parts oil softener).

A patient positioning device is provided for restraining movement of a body lying over a top surface of a table. The device includes a cervical-thoracic notch restraint that includes a base with a first side and an opposed second side. The first side defines a substantially flat plane with a repositionable fastener, and the second side defines a substantially flat plane with a raised, curved support extending transversely across the base. In an operational state, the curved support is configured to nest into an anatomical cervical-thoracic notch of the body lying over the table to abut a trapezius muscle of the body.
