A server, a device, and a system includes functionalities for an air traffic management coordination portal. The server includes a processor executing a chat application. The processor receives a request from a first electronic device of a first user to perform a first chat session utilizing the chat application with a first representative utilizing a second electronic device. The first user is an aviation industry professional and the first representative having access to field condition report data related to an aviation industry. The first chat session is viewable by the first user and a second user such that the first and second users receive the field condition report data concurrently. The server includes a transceiver receiving first input data from the first user and second input data from the first representative. The first and second input data are first text to be shown in the first chat session.

System and method for air traffic management coordination portal

Described herein are systems and methods for surface management of an airport. One embodiment of the disclosure of this application is related to a method including receiving airport data from an airport network, receiving surface surveillance data for specific segments of an airport area, identifying predicted conflicts within one of the segments based on the airport data and surface surveillance data, and allocating a taxi time slot for the flight. Another embodiment of the disclosure of this application is related to a system comprising a user interface displaying information related to flight plan data and airport data received from an airport network, and a surface management module receiving the airport data and surface surveillance data for specific segments of an airport area, identifying predicted conflicts within one of the segments based on the airport data and surface surveillance data, and allocating a taxi time slot for the flight.

System and method for airport surface management

A method of receiving a first set of target data points from a first data feed and receiving a second set of target data points from a second data feed arrangement. Comparing a time variable included in the target data points from the first set to the time variable included in the target data points from the second set to determine time matched target data points and further comparing a second variable included in the time matched target data points from the first set to the second variable included in the corresponding time matched target data points from the second set to determine fully matched target data points. Combining the first set of target data points with the second set of target data points when the fully matched target data points satisfies a predetermined threshold.

System and method for the correlation of multiple data feeds

Receiving a message including bits corresponding to an identifier, the identifier including a unique address for a aircraft transponder, extracting the unique address from the identifier, comparing the unique address to a set of predetermined addresses, changing selected ones of the identifier bits when the unique address is not one of the set of predetermined addresses, wherein the changing of the identifier bits changes a value of the unique address in the identifier, read-comparing the updated unique address to the set of predetermined addresses and processing the message when the unique address matches one of the set of predetermined addresses.
