An extended release oral dosage form comprising as active substance tacrolimus or a pharmaceutically active analogue thereof for a once daily immunosuppressive treatment of a patient in need thereof, preferable a kidney or liver transplant patient. The dosage form releases the active substance over an extended period of time. It also provides improved pharmacokinetic parameters due to an extended and constant in vivo release including substantial decreased peak concentrations, despite increased bioavailability, substantial extended times for maximal concentration, and higher minimal concentrations when compared with conventional immediate release dosage forms and a recent modified release tacrolimus dosage form.

A fishing line rinse apparatus having a bucket with a drain spout. A perforated spool with a level wind is disposed on a shaft with a first quick-connector. A drive housing has a base with a pair of pulleys, and a hollow vertical column. A drive disposed within the hollow vertical column of the drive housing has a horizontal drive shaft, a differential, and a vertical drive shaft, wherein the horizontal drive shaft has a second quick-connector that engages the first quick-connector. The vertical drive shaft is selectively engageable with a drill, allowing a drill outside the bucket to spin the spool submerged in water in the bucket to wind and unwind the fishing line, thus rinsing the fishing line and transferring it from a rod to the spool and vice versa. A brake with a thumb screw is disposed on the spool to apply pressure while rewinding the line.

An Enhanced Traffic Sign Information Messaging System (ETSIMS) that provides the methodology, functions and support equipment to provide vehicles, which might not be within sight of the traffic message sign, with all or some prioritized parts of the message displayed on the sign, or an enhanced version of the information provided on the sign, including traffic information messages inferred from the message displayed on the traffic message sign. ETSIMS may also provide messages of this type without the need for the physical presence of a sign on the roadway.

The automated lane management assist method, data structure and system receive unprocessed lane-specific limited-access highway information, including lane use and speed limits, from traffic detectors in the roadway or from other sources, process and develop predicted information from these sources and substitute the predicted information for the current information where appropriate, thus improving the timeliness of the information in a form that assists in the selection of driving lanes and target speeds for vehicles, including in partially and fully automated vehicles, and communicate the processed predicted information to the vehicles by suitable means.

The Guidance Assist Vehicle Module combines the processed information with information from the vehicle and the driver including the information on appropriate lane changes and speed commands to the vehicle.

Method for formulating a plan to secure access to limited deliverable resources

A self-cleaning water filter system for removing particulate matter from water by producing scouring effect which pulls debris or particles off from a filter element when a fluid flow is produced across the filter element. The self-cleaning water filter system has a filter housing having an upper portion, a lower portion, and an internal cavity. A water inlet tube, an exit tube and a water supply line are adapted to be connected to the filter housing. The filter element is positioned within the filter housing and can have a cylindrical or rectangular configuration. A pressure vessel is in fluid communication with the internal cavity of the filter housing. A pressurizable flexible chamber adapted to expand and contract due to the pressure in the filter housing is positioned inside the pressure vessel. At least one perforated flow tube is positioned in the filter housing adjacent to the filter element and in fluid communication with the pressure vessel.

Self-cleaning water filter system

A method and apparatus for producing an illusion of depth from a flat image. The apparatus includes a plurality of sheets, each being at least partially transparent and reflective and a light source. A design media having at least one of relatively thin linear and curvilinear design elements cut therein is positioned between the plurality of sheets and the light source. A frame is provided for holding the plurality of sheets therein and forms a slot therebehind for holding the design media. When the light source is illuminated an illusion of depth is produced for the at least one of relatively thin linear and curvilinear design elements cut into the design media. A display media including a plurality of color sectors separated by a plurality of sector lines is rotatably positioned between the design media and the light source. The addition of the display media cooperates with the design media to create the appearance of a series of continually undulating colorful surface segments moving along the path of the original design, changing color and length as they move inward toward the center of the display or outward depending on the direction of rotation of the display media.
