Systems, devices, and processes are provided to facilitate the streaming of a playback of a recorded program in a video playback recording system. These systems, devices, and processes provide operating the cloud-based DVR in a recording mode for user selection of program content for recordation in a video playback file by the cloud-based DVR wherein the video playback file containing the program content is recorded by the user selection beginning with a start time associated with the DVR event file; and generating a manifest file that contains a program marker of a start time of the program content omitting any recorded commercial content at a beginning of the video playback file associated by beginning of the recording from the start time associated with the DVR event file.

System, device, and processes for intelligent start playback of program content

A fastener assembly includes an insert having a head and a sleeve extending from a bottom surface of the head, with the insert further defining an internal cavity. The head of the insert abuts a first panel with the sleeve extending through a first preformed hole in the first panel. A second panel with a second preformed hole is aligned with the first panel, and a shaft of a fastener pin is inserted through the second preformed hole and into the internal cavity of the insert. Upon rotating the fastener pin, a tee portion at the end of the shaft engages a seat positioned in the internal cavity of the insert. The fastener assembly also includes a compression member positioned around the shaft of the fastener pin that biases the tee portion of the fastener pin into engagement with the seat of the insert.

Fastener assembly

A fastener assembly is provided that includes a female insert having a head and a sleeve which extends from the head. The head of the female insert abuts a first panel, with the sleeve extending through a first preformed hole in the first panel. The distal end of the sleeve thus protrudes from the first preformed hole of the first panel and is then crimped around a washer to mechanically connect the female insert to the first panel. The female insert may also include one or more adhesive receptacles to further adhere the female insert to the first panel. A second panel with a second preformed hole is aligned with the first panel, and a male fastener having a base and a shank that extends from the base is inserted through the second preformed hole and into the female insert to connect the first panel and the second panel.
