A jacket is provided made with a conventional continuous folded collar and lapel and having a zipper for attaching an interchangeable collar and lapel member with the conventional collar and lapel providing support. and shape for the interchangeable member and at least a portion of the conventional collar and lapel is outwardly visible when the interchangeable member is attached.

A fastener is assembled for a pair of overlapping members comprising a cloth tab secured at both ends to one of the members and a closure clasp having a bottom, a pair of pivot arms and a closure clasp arm pivotally mounted therein. The closure clasp bottom is secured to the other member to hide the entire closure clasp from view. The tab passes between the closure clasp arm and the bottom and the closure clasp is shiftable along the tab.
