A method of manufacturing a patient interface for sealed delivery of a flow of air at a continuously positive pressure with respect to ambient air pressure to an entrance to the patient's airways includes collecting anthropometric data of a patient's face. Anticipated considerations are identified from the collected anthropometric data during use of the patient interface. The collected anthropometric data is processed to provide a transformed data set based on the anticipated considerations, the transformed data set corresponding to at least one customised patient interface component. At least one patient interface component is modelled based on the transformed data set.

Custom patient interface and methods for making same

An elbow assembly for a patient interface includes a swivel component adapted to connect to a patient interface and an elbow component adapted to connect to an air circuit. The swivel component is coupled to the elbow component by a ball and socket joint and a hinge joint which allows the elbow component to pivot relative to the swivel component about a single axis.

An elongate, malleable ablation probe including an elongate malleable body ( ) and a plurality of longitudinally spaced apart electrodes ( ) disposed at a distal end thereof. The electrodes ( ) are separated one from another by insulative material. In one embodiment, a malleable insert is provided for insertion into a flexible longitudinal sleeve, the flexible longitudinal sleeve conforming to the shape of the malleable insert upon such insertion. In other embodiments, a malleable core is surrounded by a flexible body, the electrodes ( ) being mounted to the body.
