Various methods and systems are provided for ultrasound imaging probe power management. In one embodiment, a charging system for a wireless ultrasound probe includes a base attachment configured to be removably coupled to an ultrasound system, a core charger configured to be removably coupled to the base attachment, and a probe holder. The probe holder is formed of a first bracket and a second bracket, wherein the first bracket is configured to be removably coupled to the core charger, and the second bracket is configured to receive the wireless ultrasound probe and position the wireless ultrasound probe adjacent to the core charger to enable charging of the wireless ultrasound probe via inductive charging.

Methods and systems for ultrasound probe power management

Various methods and systems are provided for ultrasound imaging probe power management. In one embodiment, a power management system for an ultrasound imaging system includes a wireless charger and a mount configured to couple to a probe holder of the ultrasound imaging system. The probe may seat against the wireless charger for charging of a power source of the probe.

A system (e.g., an ultrasound imaging system) is provided. The system includes an ultrasound probe having a cable, and an ultrasound probe holder configured to receive the ultrasound probe. The system further includes a housing supported by a base. The housing includes a connector port and a cable manage passage. The cable manage passage positioned at an upper end of the housing distal to the base. The cable extending through the cable manage passage and is attached to the connector port. The ultrasound probe holder is coupled to a front side of the housing.

A portable ultrasound imaging assembly includes a probe management system to facilitate the positioning of accessories, such as containers and/or probes of various types and associated cords utilized with a portable ultrasound imaging system forming a part of the ultrasound imaging assembly. The probe management system includes dedicated attachment locations and/or handles that enable a user to readily grasp, move and carry the imaging assembly or components thereof into the desired position. The attachment locations and/or handles are formed with uniform cross-sectional shapes and include mounting locations thereon where various probe/accessory holders can be removably secured. The holders are formed with clips that conform to the cross-sectional shape of the attachment locations/handles, such that the holders can be mounted in a modular manner to either handle in the desired mounting location.

An ultrasound apparatus includes a base, a housing extending upwardly from the base and having opposed lateral sides, the housing being configured to support an operator console and display, and a storage bin received in a recess in the housing. The storage bin is movable from a first position in which the storage bin is received within the recess of the housing, and a second position in which the storage bin extends from one of the lateral sides of the housing.

A patient transport apparatus having a table configured to support a patient, a base attached to the table, a docking system attached to the base, the docking system configured to couple to a mating docking system of an MR imaging system, and a plurality of bays formed in the base, with each bay configured to receive a patient care module therein. The patient transport apparatus further includes a control system configured to be electrically coupled to each patient care module received within the plurality of bays and configured to centrally control each patient care module.

A device providing a combined bucket and scarifier includes a bucket having a bottom wall, a rear wall, and two side walls coupled to the bottom wall and the rear wall to define an interior space. The bucket has an open front end and the rear wall is generally rectangular having a long axis. A scarifier is operatively associated with the bucket. The scarifier has a plurality of teeth constructed and arranged to be moved with respect to the bucket between a stored, inoperative position, and an operative position with portions of the teeth extending outwardly with respect to a portion of the bottom wall of the bucket. Actuating structure is mounted with respect to the bucket. The actuating structure includes a cylinder unit having a piston, and linkages coupled between the piston and teeth such that movement of the piston causes movement of the linkages thereby causing movement of the teeth between the inoperative and operative positions. The cylinder unit is mounted with respect to the rear wall such that the piston extends generally along the long axis of the rear wall.

Excavator bucket with retractable scarifier and improved actuator mounting

A mechanism which achieves positional flexibility of a heavy operator console in the horizontal plane, improving ergonomics while avoiding mechanical and safety-related problems arising from moving the operator console relative to a main unit of a scanner. The mechanism comprises four links and two bosses and is installed between the main unit of the ultrasound system and the operator panel, hidden below the latter. Seen from above, the four links resemble the back legs of a frog. The &ldquo;frog-leg&rdquo; configuration allows the operator to bring the operator panel up close by pulling it with one hand. The mechanism also allows a heavy CRT monitor to be mounted onto the operator panel and thus follow the latter's movement. When the system is to be moved, the operator panel is pushed back and locks into a compact &ldquo;parked&rdquo; position, allowing the handles on the operator panel to be used for moving the entire system.

A caster assembly is constructed and arranged to be coupled to a rear of skid steer loader. The skid steer loader has a pair of front wheels and a pair of rear wheels and a hydraulic system for driving at least the front wheels. The skid steer loader has an auxiliary hydraulic system. The caster assembly includes at least one caster mounted for rolling and swiveling motion and at least one actuator constructed and arranged to be connected with the auxiliary hydraulic system to cause movement of the caster with respect to the skid steer loader from an inoperative position, wherein the front and rear wheels are in a ground engaging position with the caster in a position so as not to engage the ground, to an operative position, wherein the caster and the front wheels are in a ground engaging position and the rear wheels are in a position so as not to engage the ground.

A scanner or other system has an actuator, a mechanical device having three states corresponding to three respective positions of the actuator, and a pedal mechanism. The pedal mechanism comprises: a support structure; first and second slotted arms pivotably mounted to the support structure; first and second latches respectively pivotably mounted to the first and second arms; a pivot part pivotably mounted to the support structure; and a mechanism for converting pivoting of the pivot part into movement of the actuator, e.g., swinging of a lever. The pivot part has first and second extensions which extend in generally opposite directions and which respectively protrude through the slots in the first and second arms. The pedal arms, latches and pivot part cooperate to enable the position of the actuator to be controlled by depressing one pedal at a time.
