A method and a device are disclosed for the secure operation of a switching device including at least one main contact which can be switched on and off and which includes contact pieces and a displaceable contact bridge, and at least one control magnet which includes a displaceable anchor. The anchor and the contact bridge are actively connected to each other such that the corresponding main contact can be opened or closed when switched on and off. In at least one embodiment, the method includes the following: a) the path difference, which returns the anchor after switching on and off, is recognised, b) devices which are used to open welded main contacts are released by a release device when the recognised path difference exceeds a predetermined value and a specific time duration of time has run out after switching off.

A method and a device for the secure operation of a switching device are disclosed, including at least one main contact which can be switched on and off and which includes contact pieces and a displaceable contact bridge, and also at least one control magnet which includes a displaceable anchor. The anchor acts upon the contact bridge when it is switched on or off such that the corresponding main contact is opened and closed. In at least one embodiment, the method includes: a) the displaceable contact bridge of the at least one main contact recognizes when an opening point has been exceeded after being switched off, and b) the additional operation of the switching device is interrupted, according to a predetermined duration of time, when the opening point is not exceeded.

A method and a device are disclosed for the secure operation of a switching device including at least two main contacts which can be switched on and off and which includes respectively, contact pieces and a displaceable contact bridge, and at least one control magnet which includes a displaceable anchor. The anchor acts upon the contact bridge when it is switched on and off such that the corresponding main contact is opened or closed. At least one embodiment of the inventive method includes the following steps: a) release device for a force element remains in a first state in order to interrupt the main contact as long as the main contacts are closed when switched on and open when switched off, and b) the release device are transferred into a second state if at least the main contact is welded after switching off.

A switching system includes switchgear that can be contacted via pin contacts. In at least one embodiment, the switching system is provided with pin contacts and mating pin contacts and at least one device(s) for the transmission of force onto the switchgear, thereby allowing to establish and interrupt contact to the switchgear even when only little space is available.

Disclosed is a power feeding module including screw-clamping terminals for delivering power and push-lock terminals. The power feeding module is particularly easy to assemble and wire with a power distribution system to which several consumer branches can be connected.

A mounting device includes a switchgear, which is mounted thereon and which can, via plug contacts, be brought into contact with mating plug contacts of the mounting device. At least one first retaining device(s) holds the switchgear in a defined stationary position in which the plug contacts do not come in contact with the mating plug contacts.

An electromechanical switching device, a switching device arrangement and an electric connection module are disclosed. In order to make it easier to connect an electromechanical switching device, a switching device is provided with a base body, and with a connection module that can be connected to the base body and has at least one connection terminal for a main current path of the switching device. In at least one embodiment of the present invention, a modular construction is used instead of the integrated design used in previous switching devices. For that purpose, a number of connection terminals are combined into one or more connection modules for each switching device, and the connection modules can be mounted individually and independently from the base body of the switching device. This makes it possible to pre-wire the connection terminals without the actual switching device. Only afterwards does the base body of the switching device need to be mounted.

Electromechanical switching device

A method, in at least one embodiment, is disclosed for winding a coil onto a winding form including a first part, a second part, and a step between the first part and the second part, the first part having a relatively larger diameter than the second part. In an embodiment, the method includes receiving a conductor wire at a groove-like depression in the first part; bringing the conductor wire in the groove-like depression onto the second part; winding on the second part using the conductor wire; and winding on the first part using the conductor wire. Embodiments of a winding form and a coil are also disclosed.
