An oven temperature control system for an oven cell having a top heating element with two separate heating conductors in a top portion of the oven cell, a bottom heating element with two separate heating conductors in a bottom portion of the oven cell, and a convection heating element and fan. A control separately controls the on and off operations of each of the heating elements and the convection fan based on a selected mode of cooking operation and a selected temperature for cooking. A plurality of temperature sensors are positioned at different locations in the oven cell and operatively connected to the control. The control determines the selected temperature for cooking to be maintained in the oven cell by averaging selected temperatures sensed by the plurality of temperature sensors in predetermined proportions based on the selected mode of cooking operation.

A combined ice chest and personal cooling apparatus for keeping items cold and providing a user with a way by which to apply cool water onto themself. The combined ice chest and personal cooling apparatus includes a housing that has a bottom wall and a peripheral wall attached to and that extends upward from the bottom wall. The housing has a first end and second end. The housing has a first compartment, a second compartment, and a bottom compartment. A first cover and a second cover selectively cover the first and second compartments respectively. A strap for allows the user to grasp the housing. A pair of wheels are rotatably coupled to the housing. A filter restricts debris from entering the bottom compartment. A pump pressurizes the bottom compartment. A check-valve extends into the bottom compartment. A flexible tube has a first end and a second end. A plurality of dispersing members for dispersing water from the bottom compartment is releasably attachable to the second end of the tube.

A locking mechanism prevents a conventional interlocking towing connection between a tractor and trailer, the locking mechanism includes a main body of forged steel, a king pin chamber and a secondary chamber opening into and situated at an angle with respect to the king pin chamber, a rotating lock bar mounted in the secondary chamber and having an end portion which may be rotated into a position adjacent to the reduced diameter portion of the king pin to prevent removal of the main body housing from the king pin, an increased diameter of the lock bar situating it within the main body housing thereby preventing the lock bar from being physically moved along its longitudinal axis in spite of the removal of a shouldered lock mechanism, the only means of removing the king pin lock being a 180.degree. rotation of the lock bar.
