Passive temperature control is provided to vessels too tall to be stored in a shallow, temperature-controlled tray or basin by a vertically oriented thermally-conductive tube. In one embodiment, an insulative collar covers the tray and insulates portions of the tube that extend above the top of the tray. Optional heat sinking fins and air convection holes increase heat transfer between the tube and the tray.

Temperature control is provided to food dispensing vessels like condiment dispensers that are too tall to be stored in a shallow, temperature-controlled tray or basin by using inclined or tilted, thermally-conductive tubes placed inside a temperature-controlled tray. Thermal insulating covers improve the thermal efficiency of the tubes.

A cab fairing is provided according to the present invention. The cab fairing includes a left rail, a right rail, a cross bar, a left side sail, and a right side sail. The left rail is provided for attachment to a left pickup truck bed sidewall, and the left rail includes a first slot for attachment to a left pickup truck sidewall and a second slot. The right rail is provided for attachment to a right pickup truck bed sidewall, and the right rail includes a first slot for attachment to a right pickup truck sidewall and a second slot. The cross bar has a left end and a right end, and is constructed for extension across at least a portion of a pickup truck cab. The left side sail has a first end and a second end. The left side sail first end is constructed for attachment to the second slot of the left rail, and the left side sail second end is constructed for attachment to the left end of the cross bar. The right side sail has a first end and a second end. The right side sail first end is constructed for attachment to the second slot of the right rail, and the right side sail second end is constructed for attachment to the right end of the cross bar. A pickup truck bed frame is described that includes a frame member, a left support structure, and a right support structure. The frame member includes a frame member left end constructed for attachment to a pickup truck bed left sidewall, a frame member right end constructed for attachment to a pickup truck bed right sidewall, and a central member constructed to extend across a pickup truck cab from the frame member left end to the frame member right end. The left support structure includes a left support arm having a left support arm first end constructed for attachment to the frame member, and a left support arm second end constructed for attachment to a pickup truck left sidewall. The right support structure includes a right support arm having a right support arm first end constructed for attachment to the frame member, and a right support arm second end constructed for attachment to a pickup truck bed right sidewall. The left support structure can include a left bed rail having a left bed rail first end constructed for attachment to the left support arm, and a left bed rail second end constructed for attachment to a pickup truck bed left sidewall. The right support structure can include a right bed rail having a right bed rail first end constructed for attachment to the right support arm, and a right bed rail second end constructed for attachment to a pickup truck bed right sidewall. In general, the left bed rail and the right bed rail can extend along the left sidewall and the right sidewall of a pickup truck bed. The frame member and the left and right support structures, including the left and right bed rails, provide a surface for which to attach tie down materials for holding articles in place in a pickup truck bed during transportation. A running board for a motor vehicle is provided. The running board includes a bracket assembly and a shroud for covering the bracket assembly. The bracket assembly includes a forward fastening plate and a rearward fastening plate for attachment to a motor vehicle, a bar extending between the forward fastening plate and the rearward fastening plate, and a step member attached to the bar extending between the forward fastening plate and the rearward fastening plate and providing a step area. The shroud includes a step shroud constructed to cover the step member, a forward shroud constructed to cover the bar extending from the step member to the forward fastening plate, and a rearward shroud constructed to cover the bar extending from the step member to the rearward fastening plate. The running board can include a bracket adapter for attaching the forward fastening plate and the rearward fastening plate to the motor vehicle. A method for installing a running board on a motor vehicle is provided.

Running board shroud

A skate includes a boot that includes a heel portion and a toe box portion. The heel portion is disposed on a wheel holder frame that holds a plurality of ground-engaging wheels. The toe box portion is disposed slidably on the wheel holder frame and is slidable in relation to the heel portion. The heel portion includes left and right forwardly extending vamp sections that extend into the toe box portion. The toe box portion includes an inside surface that extends from a forward tip transversely and rearwardly toward the heel portion in a curved fashion. The vamp sections engage the inside surface of the toe box portion such that the vamp sections are flexed inwardly or outwardly as the toe box is slid on the wheel holder frame thereby varying the width and the length of the boot.

Adjustable skate

An in-line roller skate includes a boot portion and a lower frame portion. The boot portion is fabricated of a first material that is polymeric while the lower frame portion is fabricated of a second material wherein the second material is characterized by a greater degree of stiffness than the first material. The boot and the frame portion are joined by the frame being inserted into a mold designed to form a boot portion such that when the first material is injected into the mold, the first material flows over a portion of the frame and solidifies thereover sufficiently to join the boot and the frame.
