A bean bag or other item toss device, system, and method that includes a housing having an angled top surface with an opening in the top surface, as well as a method of construction thereof. In some versions, at least a portion of the top surface may be opened or removed to allow access to a cooling area therebeneath. The opening in the top surface may include a passage or conduit so as to allow items tossed thereinto to pass through the cooling area to an open space beneath the device, allowing retrieval of the tossed item, without the tossed item having contacted the interior of the cooling area.

Combination device and system for cooling items and playing bag toss game, and method of assembly and use thereof

A cover for an RJ45 port. The cover would substantially seal the port against contamination but, through the use of a pre-formed tab, would allow insertion of a plug so the port could be used for its intended purpose.

Basketball training apparatus uses a first vertical support member having a lower end adapted to rest on a supporting surface. An elongated guide rod extends in longitudinal direction. An adjustable wrist support is adapted for manual engagement and disengagement of a wrist of a user. A second elongated member is secured rotatably at one end to one end of the rod and extends at right angles thereto. The other end of the second member is secured to the wrist support. A device is secured to the upper end of the member and is manually pivotable about a horizontal axis disposed at right angles to the longitudinal direction, the device providing a guide channel through which the rod extends.

Basketball training device

A fisherman's bobber takes the form of a hollow one piece plastic spheroid having two mating halves joined together by corresponding portions of a living hinge. The hinge extends outwardly from both halves. The interior peripheral surfaces of both halves are contoured to enable the halves to be joined together in locking engagement when the halves are pressed together and to permit the halves to be unlocked and swung apart when squeezed together. The portions of the hinge when the halves are locked together hold a fishing line in locking engagement therebetween.

Fisherman's sinker-bobber

A swab assembly is provided which includes a swab fitted with an absorbent material at one end of a stick, and a holder for releasably capturing the swab. The holder includes a connecting bridge area with a central groove traversing along a length direction thereof flanked by first and second gripping wings, the wings being sufficiently flexible to bend between a relatively non-stressed and a stressed position allowing the stick, respectively to be engaged and to be released from the groove.

Swab holder

A thin elongated plastic member has at one end a golf club shaft receiving groove that is disposed between two opposite finger like supporting arms which extend longitudinally outward. The groove is integral with a first short slot extending longitudinally inward in opposite direction from the arms. Two oppositely disposed spaced apart scissor like prongs extend longitudinally outward and are separated by a second short slot extending longitudinally inward in opposite direction from the prongs.

Golf club support

A first horizontal hollow cylinder open at both ends has a first narrow elongated slot. A second horizontal hollow cylinder open at both ends is disposed concentrically within the firtst cylinder and has a second narrow elongated slot that extends between its ends. A vertically elongated element is secured at its upper end to the first cylinder and has an opening intermediate its ends. A flexible elongated connector secured at one end to the lower end of the element with its other end being detachable with the element opening. A rotatable member is secured to one end of the second cylinder and is spaced from the first cylinder so that the member can rotate the second cylinder about its axis without rotating the first cylinder.

Sinker-slider

A foam dispenser utilizes a deformable reservoir, a foamable fluid and air or other gas; a discharge device and an arrangement for producing foam that includes a plurality of mesh screens. When the dispenser is operated, air from inside the dispenser is mixed with the fluid to produce foam. The dispenser employs a shaped and resilient deformable seal for use in quickly recharging the container with air used in the creation of foam. The dispenser also advantageously employs an integrally molded swirl manifold to create a foam of excellent quality and consistency.

Foamer

A flood barrier unit is provided for a flood barrier system. Each unit has three pillars attached to pillar footings implanted in the surrounding ground surface. For each pillar a concrete brace member footing is provided for the support of brace members compressively positioned between the pillar tops and the brace member footings. A turnbuckle connects two portions of each brace member, and when properly manipulated, will force the brace member ends into holes in the pillar footings and brace member footings. Barrier panels with tongue-and-groove top and bottom edges form a wall when attached to the pillars using a brace plate and bolts. A water-resistant vapor barrier, with a weighted bottom portion, is draped over the top of the barrier panels for fastening between the pillars and panels using a hook-and-loop fastener and the barrier panel bolts. Alternate embodiments include differing arrangements and numbers of the brace members.

Flood barrier

A golf club holder adapted for removably supporting a golf club above a ground surface in such manner that the club has a head which contacts the surface and the club has a shaft which extends above the surface.

Golf club holder

A multi-phase melt cast toilet bar which has at least one interface along a plane perpendicular to the plane formed by the x and y-axis of said bar, and a process of making the bar is described. Each phase, containing a cleansing agent, is reproducibly positioned in the bar to be used simultaneously thereby allowing the user to simultaneously derive benefits from the use of the cleansing agents contained in the bar's layers. The process for making the bar is a continuous one, whereby the molten cleansing agents are simultaneously or separately poured into the mold, simultaneously or separately allowed to harden, and where the mold divider is not removed or removed either after hardening of the adjacent molten cleansing agent but before the pouring of the next molten cleansing agent, or removed while at least one phase remains flowable. The hardened multi-phase toilet bar is finally ejected from the mold.

Multi-phase melt cast toilet bar and a method for its manufacture

A two-compartment package is provided which includes a unitarily formed hollow sleeve with first and second openings on opposite ends. First and second compartments are formed from the sleeve through a crimp between the first and second ends, the crimp preventing fluid communication between the compartments and allowing sufficient hinged flexibility for the compartments to align parallel to one another. The cap with projections coupling together the first and second compartments maintains those compartments in parallel alignment. A variety of consumer products may be filled into the package, most particularly it is suitable for a toothpaste with mutually incompatible ingredients being separated into respective compartments, such as a peroxide and baking soda.

Dual compartment package

A holder for a golf club employing two joined but relatively adjustable members for detachably receiving and holding the club and a vertical spike suspended between the members.

A dual-chambered dispenser is provided including a pair of elongated hollow tubes containing separate flowable material streams, a manifold for directing the flow through separate chambers, a cap fitting over dispensing openings of the manifold and a metering valve located within the manifold downstream from the dispensing openings. The valve is present to adjust differences in flow rates between the two material streams. In a preferred embodiment, the tubes are juxtaposed along their respective flat outer walls which may include a series of ribs/depressions allowing for coupling of the tubes and strengthening the flat walls against collapse relative to other wall areas of the tubes. Advantageously the valve is a duckbill type and the tubes taper in a pear shape, the broader portion being near the open end of the tubes.

Dual chamber dispenser

A unitarily constructed toothbrush is provided including a head with bristles unitarily molded therewith, a handle and a neck, all being formed of an identical plastic material. Dispersed throughout the plastic material is at least one anti-microbial active compound such as a halogenated hydrocarbon, a quaternary ammonium salt or combinations thereof. Preferably the plastic material is a low density polyethylene. Toothbrushes of the present invention inhibit the growth of bacteria and other micro-organisms thereby avoiding the possibility of infecting oral gums.
