A systems, method, and apparatus to improve connections within a healthcare ecosystem are provided. Example systems, methods, and apparatus can facilitate dynamic interface definition and configuration. An example method includes storing a plurality of reusable interface and route definitions to translate and exchange data messages between source and target systems in a healthcare ecosystem; monitoring message exchanges and message patterns in the healthcare environment via a machine learning system to predict traffic and utilization patterns in the healthcare ecosystem; tracking metadata regarding connections involving the source and target systems and storing the metadata in a graph database; suggesting connections between the source and target systems based on the monitored message exchanges and message patterns and metadata from the graph database using graph analytics; provisioning an interface between the source and target systems based on a suggested connection, the interface provisioned from the reusable interface and route definitions based on the suggested connection.

Methods and systems for improving connections within a healthcare ecosystem

Certain examples provide systems and methods for medical diagnostic collaboration. An example medical collaboration system includes an imaging service manager to provide a first device access to images from a database in response to a request received, the images to be viewed at the first device as first images; a collaboration server to access a request to initiate a conversation between the first device and a second device, in response to the conversation being initiated between the first device and the second device, the collaboration server to generate a study identifier that describes a viewport hanging protocol of the first images at the first device; a conversation manager to: access the images from the database in response to the second device launching the study identifier, the images to be viewed at the second device as second images; organize the second images based on the viewport hanging protocol; and enable the second images to be viewable at the second device to enable real-time collaboration between the first device and the second device.

Systems and methods for medical diagnostic collaboration

An example method to provision an interface for mediation of messages in an integration platform includes identifying a target healthcare system; identifying configuration rules and protocol requirements for the target healthcare system and comparing to a source healthcare system; defining a configuration for the interface associated with the target healthcare system based on the configuration rules, protocol requirements, and a relationship between the target healthcare system and the source healthcare system; constructing the target healthcare system interface route; creating an interface factory to return implementations of an interface route and configuration; passing the interface factory content to an interface control channel; loading a concrete implementation of the interface route and configuration; initializing the interface route; and instantiating interface endpoints and processors to enable communication between the source healthcare system and the target healthcare system via the interface route.

Intelligent mediation of messages in a healthcare product integration platform

Certain examples provide systems and methods for medical diagnostic collaboration. An example system includes a conversation manager to facilitate a first conversation between a first device and a second device. The conversation manager manages a plurality of conversations based on respective conversation identifiers assigned to each of the plurality of conversations. The example system also includes a collaboration session manager to facilitate, via the first conversation, a collaboration session between the first and second devices, which allows a user of the first device and a user of the second device to view, share, and comment on a medical study. In addition, the example system includes a context manager to manage context information to describe a state of the medical study as it is displayed on the first device to synchronize a state of the medical study displayed on each of the first and second devices.

An example method to mediate messages in a product integration platform includes receiving a message request from a source healthcare system where the message request contains a message payload. The example method includes determining an interface to be used to route the message to a target healthcare system. The example method includes creating a platform message based on the message request. The example method includes adapting the platform message into a message format expected by the interface and routing the platform message to the interface.
