A rotor includes a permanent magnet, which is inserted in a magnet receiving hole of a rotor core and is shaped in a form of a mountain fold that is convex toward a radially inner side. A manufacturing device for the rotor includes a magnetizing device that magnetizes the inserted permanent magnet from an outside of the rotor. The magnetizing device includes: a first magnetizing unit that is placed on one side of the rotor in an axial direction and includes a magnetizing coil which supplies a magnetizing magnetic flux to the permanent magnet; and a second magnetizing unit that is placed on another side of the rotor in the axial direction and includes a magnetizing coil which supplies a magnetizing magnetic flux to the permanent magnet.

Manufacturing device for rotor and manufacturing method for rotor

An apparatus for manufacturing a rotor includes a magnetizer. The magnetizer is configured to magnetize a permanent magnet in a rotor from outside the rotor. The rotor includes a rotor core having a magnet insertion hole. The permanent magnet is provided in an embedded state in the magnet insertion hole and has a bent-back shape protruding radially inward. The magnetizer includes a first yoke portion, a second yoke portion, and a magnetization coil. The first yoke portion has an opposing portion facing an outer peripheral surface of the rotor. The second yoke portion forms a magnetic path together with the first yoke portion. The magnetization coil is disposed on the magnetic path of the first and second yoke portions. The magnetizer magnetizes the permanent magnet by energizing the magnetization coil to apply a magnetizing magnetic flux at least through the rotor between the first yoke portion and the second yoke portion, which are located opposed to each other in a radial direction of the rotor.

An opening-closing body driving motor includes a motor body, a drive circuit, and a control circuit. The motor body is provided to automatically open and close an opening-closing body of a vehicle. The drive circuit supplies driving power to the motor body. The control circuit includes a PWM controller. The control circuit is configured to adjust the driving power by PWM control and control an operation mode of the opening-closing body through the motor body such that the operation mode is changeable. The PWM controller is configured to have a control frequency of the PWM control include a frequency in an audible range based on a predetermined trigger so that the motor body vibrates in the audible range, thereby performing a sound producing operation. The predetermined trigger includes information about an opening-closing state of the opening-closing body or information about activation and deactivation of a child lock.
