An actuation cable device includes a left hood lock cable having an end connected to a left hood lock device; a right hood lock cable having an end connected to a right hood lock device; an opener cable having an end connected to a hood opener; and a link device including a rotatable link member to which second ends of the above-described cables are connected. The left hood lock cable and the right hood lock cable are respectively connected to an upper portion and a lower portion of the link member in a manner so that they extend from the link member toward opposite sides to each other. The opener cable is connected to the upper portion in a manner so that it extends from the link member toward an opposite side to the side toward which the left hood lock cable extends.

Actuation cable device

In this cable linking device, when a lock member () is located in a restricting position for restricting the movement of a joint piece (), an interposing member () can move to an interposing position between the lock member () and a holding member () and the interposing member () can be shifted between the interposing position and a movement-permitting position, and when the interposing member () has moved to the interposing position, the lock member () is restricted from moving to a restriction release position for releasing the restriction on the movement of the joint piece (), therefore preventing a linking member from accidentally moving farther into the holding member.

Cable linking device

The present invention relates to a fitting member () including an insertion portion () that fits a long member (Ia) therein and has a space through which the long member (Ia) is insertable, a movement restriction portion () that restricts movement that the long member (Ia) comes out of the insertion portion (), the movement restriction portion () being capable of being scraped with a tool, and a guide portion () that guides the tool to the movement restriction portion () when the movement restriction portion () is scraped with the tool, the fitting member () including the movement restriction portion () that can be scraped with the tool to release the restriction of the movement that the long member (Ia) comes out of the insertion portion ().

A connection structure of a control cable includes one control cable, the other control cable, a joint case separable into pieces on respective sides of one and the other control cables, a joint member, and an attachment member. The other control cable includes first and second control cables. The attachment member has a fitting portion allowing fitting of an inner cable of each of the first and second control cables into an outer circumferential surface of the attachment member. The fitting portion can be exposed from an internal space when the joint case is separated. Thus, a connection structure of a control cable with which an inner cable can readily be removed can be obtained.

An electric brake device can be obtained by connecting the control cable and a brake mechanism of the cable drive device ().
