Techniques for linguistic personalization of messages for targeted campaigns are described. In one or more implementations, dependencies between keywords and modifiers are extracted, from one or more segment-specific texts and a product-specific text, to build language models for the one or more segment specific texts and the product specific text. Modifiers with a desired sentiment are extracted from the product specific text and transformation points are identified in a message skeleton. Then one or more of the extracted modifiers are inserted to modify one or more identified keywords in the message skeleton to create a personalized message for a target segment of the targeted marketing campaign.

Linguistic personalization of messages for targeted campaigns

Systems and methods provide for expanding user-provided content. User-provided input content is received via a user interface. Content that is relevant to the user-provided input content is identified from a repository of previously-generated content. The identified relevant content is divided into content sub-segments. From the content sub-segments, one or more pieces of candidate content are identified based on each content sub-segment's relevance to the received input content. At least one piece of identified candidate content is provided for display. A selection of one or more pieces of identified candidate content is received, such that the selected piece(s) of identified candidate content is appended to the received input content, thereby expanding the user-provided content.

Expanding input content utilizing previously-generated content

Systems and methods disclosed select and display icons corresponding to topics of digital documents. In particular, in one or more embodiments, systems and methods identify similar clusters of documents from a plurality of documents and generate icons for each identified cluster of documents. For instance, systems and methods identify topical phrases from identified clusters and utilize the topical phrases to identify icons corresponding to the topical phrases. More specifically, one or more embodiments include systems and methods that generate generalized terms from topical phrases utilizing a concept taxonomy and then identify icons by comparing the generated generalized terms to tags corresponding to a plurality of icons.
