An all-solid-state batteryincludes a positive electrode layercontaining positive electrode active material particles and first solid electrolyte particles, a solid electrolyte layercontaining the first solid electrolyte particles, and a negative electrode layercontaining negative electrode active material particles and the first solid electrolyte particles, the positive electrode layer, the solid electrolyte layer, and the negative electrode layerbeing bonded to one another, in which at least one layer of the positive electrode layer, the solid electrolyte layer, and the negative electrode layerfurther contains a second solid electrolyte and the second solid electrolyte has crystallinity and is packed and arranged to fill gaps between the particles.
