In a filter management server having a processor for managing the water circulation management system equipped with various sensors including a treated water sensor and a drainage water sensor, for treating drainage water using one or more filters, the processor acquires, using the various sensors, predetermined information necessary for analysis of each of performance of the filters and status of use by a user of a water utilization unit. The processor generates, by analyzing the predetermined information and based on information from the various sensors, information related to timing of replacement of the one or more filters, and user use information including use status of a water utilization unit by the user and water use information including water pollution degree. The processor executes control to notify the user of the water use information and the user use information.

A water treatment apparatus management system which manages a household water treatment apparatus located at or near a place of water use, and treats water before treatment with at least one type of filter to produce treated water for the place of water use.
