Artifacts in a tomographic image of a subject including a cyclically moving object to be treated are reduced. A radiographic imaging device includes: a gantry that is equipped with two sets of radiation sources and detectors which are used in pairs, the gantry rotating the radiation sources and the detectors around a subject; and a reconstruction section that reconstructs a tomographic image of the subject based on multiple projection images generated from output of the detectors. The radiographic imaging device further includes: a phase calculation section; a divide section that divides, on a phase-by-phase basis, first projection image groups of multiple projection images acquired by the first set, and similarly second projection image groups acquired by the second set; and a condition setting section. The reconstruction section reconstructs a tomographic image by use of the first and second projection image groups that are placed in the same phase.

Radiographic imaging device and radiographic treatment device

An object of the present invention is to non-destructively obtain, in an X-ray imaging apparatus, a sectional image of a subject with spatial resolution higher than spatial resolution of an image detector. In the present invention, the image detector is two-dimensionally moved with respect to an incident X-ray for each half (180&#xb0;) rotation of the subject, and a plurality of image groups (CT data sets) is obtained at different positions of the image detector. An image (sinogram) is synthesized from each image group thus obtained, which image is equal to an image obtained with a detector whose pixel size is smaller than the pixel size constituting the above described image detector. From this synthesized image, a sectional image with high spatial resolution is calculated by reconstruction calculation.

X-ray imaging apparatus and X-ray imaging method

A radiotherapy system acquires an image which is necessary for positioning of a patient for radiation treatment and enables grasping of a positional relationship of a target in a treatment radiation irradiated state, a radiation passing area and a critical organ. An X-ray imaging device is attached to the rotatable support device and configured to apply X-rays to the subject from plural directions while rotating around the subject to perform X-ray imaging. A target recognizing device recognizes a three-dimensional position of the target in the subject from X-ray images acquired by the X-ray imaging device; and CT image generating devices are configured to select, from the X-ray images acquired by the X-ray imaging device, the images in which the position of the target recognized by the recognizing device satisfies the treatment radiation irradiation condition for the motion tracking treatment to perform image reconstruction and generate a cone beam CT image.

Radiotherapy system

Irrespective of the layout, moving path, and moving range of the X-ray source and the detector, a highly precise image is acquired, in a similar manner as an X-ray CT scanner that is capable of acquiring a measured image using a rotation angle of 180 degrees or more. A measured image detected by the detector is converted into a rotationally measured image that is acquired by rotationally moving the X-ray source and the detector along concentric circular paths. Then, the rotationally measured image at every measurement angle is provided with a weight that gives intensity variation equivalent to that of the reconstructed image obtained from the rotationally measured images acquired by the measurement using the rotation angle range of 180 degrees, a reconstruction operation is performed, and a reconstructed image is obtained.
