A cap for mounting on an aerosol container, which is able to automatically release the gas remaining therein with a simple action, when the container is to be discarded, said cap comprising a top plate member having a periphery connected to an upper end portion of a tubular body, wherein said top plate member has an aperture and a lid for closing the aperture, said lid has a fixed end which is connected to a margin of the aperture through a bendable line, such that the lid is able to turn from a first position in which the lid closes the aperture, to a second position in which the lid is protruding into the tubular body member so as to get in touch with a top face of the discharge head that is depressed downwardly, and the top plate member also has a stopper for fixing the lid in the second position so as to keep the discharge head in such a pressed state.

Constant-volume dispensing coating container

A makeup liquid container designed to enable scraping a makeup liquid off the inner surface of the container. The container has a container body with an opening, a cap fitted on the container body so as to close the opening, an applicator shaft fixed at its one end to the container body and adapted to be inserted into the container body when the cap is fitted on the container body, and an applicator such as a brush fixed to the other end of the applicator shaft. The container further has a slider capable of sliding along the inner surface of the container body so as to scrape makeup liquid off the inner surface of the container body. The sliding motion of the slider is caused by the applicator shaft which is moved into and out of the container body when the user pulls or presses the cap up and down or, alternatively, the slider is freed from the applicator shaft so as to move up and down in the container body as the container body is shaken.

Makeup liquid container with applicator

A tapping stopper for a bottle is provided to prevent the content liquid from trickling along the outside of the bottle when pouring. The tapping stopper comprises a pouring cylinder having a trumpet-shaped lip, an auxiliary external cylinder having a trumpet-shaped lip, and a bottom plate connecting the pouring cylinder and the auxiliary external cylinder. The pouring cylinder and auxiliary external cylinder from a peripheral groove between them. The height difference between the cylinders is determined according to the viscosity of the content liquid.

Method for designing and making a tapping stopper

This invention relates to an improved sprayer cap structure associated with a neck portion of a bottle-shaped container for providing a liquid spraying operation or a liquid streaming operation. The sprayer cap includes an inner plug integrally formed adjacently with first and second hollow cylindrical portions in a top-walled cylindrical section. The cylindrical section is perforated with a first hole communicating with the bottom of the container through a pipe, and is also formed with a first valve chamber provided with a blocking valve at the upper position thereof and with a check valve at the lower position thereof. The cylindrical section further is perforated with a second hole and a third hole spaced longitudinally, and formed with a second valve chamber under the second hole, the second valve chamber being provided with a blocking valve at the upper position thereof. A nozzle unit is formed with a spinner slot capable of communicating with the first and second holes of the inner plug. The nozzle unit is perforated with a first nozzle hole substantially at the center of the spinner slot of the inner cylindrical section, and further perforated with a second nozzle hole capable of communicating the third hole of the inner plug adjacent to the first nozzle hole. A cylindrical cover unit is associated immovably with the container body.

A cream-state fluid container having a body capable of being reduced in interior volume by evacuating the interior thereof in negative pressure, a head mounted at the top of the body and having a pushbutton and a filling port, a pump unit internally mounted in the head and operated by the pushbutton of the head for discharging the content of the body to the filling port of the head, the pump unit having a valve mechanism including a suction valve and a discharge valve in such a manner that a valve body is seated on a cylindrical valve seat formed in the head, a pressure chamber formed in a space from the valve mechanism at the position above the valve mechanism, and an elastic cap capable of being elastically deformed by depressing the cap by the pushbutton. Thus, the wasteful loss of cream-state liquid can be eliminated in discharging the liquid from the container.

Cream-state fluid container

A tapping stopper for a bottle to prevent the content liquid from trickling along the outside of the bottle. The tapping stopper comprises a pouring cylinder having a trumpet-shaped lip, an auxiliary external cylinder having a trumpet-shaped lip, and a bottom plate connecting the pouring cylinder and the auxiliary external cylinder, the pouring cylinder and the auxiliary external cylinder forming a peripheral groove between them and being arranged at a certain distance in proportion to the viscosity of the content liquid.

A trigger-actuated atomizer pump has a first engagement member held in fitting engagement with a second engagement member on a flattened liquid container for orienting the atomizer pump securely against rotation relative to the flattened liquid container with an atomizer trigger directed in registration with the plane in which the container is flattened. The first engagement member may include a lateral projection extending remotely from the atomizer trigger so that an operator's hand can be held at the back of the thenar against the lateral projection to facilitate gripping the atomizer for fatigue-free operation in a long period of time.

Trigger-actuated atomizer

The present invention relates to a cap for an atomizer and, more particularly, to a cap for an atomizer especially of a type having a manually operated accumulation type main body. However, the cap of the invention is widely applicable to other types of atomizers than the above mentioned type, having an ejecting pipe extending upwardly from the top surface of the main body and provided at its upper end with an atomizing head having nozzle ports (This head may be called an 'actuator,' as well.), the ejecting pipe being adapted to be depressed for allowing the content of the pipe to be released through the pipe to be atomized by the atomizing head. The cap of the invention can be effectively used especially for those atomizers having a large amount of spray at one time. The cap of the invention is characterized by comprising a lever fitted thereto for depressing the atomizing head. Thanks to the provision of this lever, the atomizing head can be depressed with a reduced force, without substantial difficulty.
