A representative system for use with a drinking container to provide a flow of air to a user includes: a lid assembly with a lid base configured to removably mount to the drinking container and having a drinking opening, and an exterior housing defining an interior compartment and having an air outlet; a fan mounted within the interior compartment; and a heat exchanger mounted to the lid assembly and extending downwardly from the lid assembly and toward a bottom of the drinking container; wherein, in operation, air is directed via rotation of the fan into the fan into a heat exchange relationship with the heat exchanger and then outwardly through the air outlet as the flow of air; and wherein the lid assembly is configured to permit flow of the thermal medium from within the drinking container and through the drinking opening for drinking by the user while the lid base is mounted to the open end of the drinking container and the fan is providing the flow of air.

A frictional-type game calling apparatus, wherein a striking plate is adapted to be frictionally contacted by a striker for reproducing the mating, gathering, and feeding calls of wild turkeys. The present apparatus and method allows for easy, one-handed operation, wherein the striker is held in constant contact with the striking plate, thereby allowing unrestricted use of the game call in any physical orientation.

Game call device

A game call is provided having an elongated tube having an inlet and outlet. A diaphragm is disposed in the tube. The game call has a pump assembly with a plunger slidably received within the tube between the inlet and the diaphragm. The plunger is movable with respect to the diaphragm so that air passes over and vibrates the diaphragm when the plunger is moved toward the diaphragm.

Game call

A turkey call for producing turkey sounds includes a housing having a front side with a first opening and back side with a second opening. A planar slate member is configured to be fixedly received in the second opening of the housing to form a striking surface of the turkey call. A generally dome-shaped structure is positioned within the housing in spaced relationship from the planar slate member. The dome-shaped structure has a concave surface and convex surface on opposed sides of the structure, with the concave surface facing the slate member and the convex surface facing the first opening of the housing. The dome-shaped structure and the planar slate member form a sound chamber that produces turkey sounds when the striking surface of the turkey call is placed in moving contact with a rigid member.

Turkey call

An adjustable sight for use on archery bows consisting of monofilament line which is threaded through a circular frame so as to form a diameter of said frame. This monofilament line, on which is attached an aiming point, slides inside a groove cut into the outside surface of the frame, halfway around, and is secured to both ends of a T-shaped piece. The top of the T-shaped piece rides in the groove and is flush with the outside of the frame. The protruding base of the piece fits into a small slot on the side of a separate circular rotating cap so that this rotating cap can be fitted over the front of the frame so as to cover the grooved portion. A rotation of this rotating cap causes the monofilament line to move, thereby moving the attached aiming point and providing a range adjustment. The speed and accuracy with which this adjustment can be made provides a definite advantage for the archer. The frame is movably mounted onto a bracket on the bow by two bolts protruding from the side of the frame such that the monofilament line is in the line of sight of the archer when he is in position to shoot and the horizontal distance between the frame and the bow can be adjusted, thereby varying the distance between the monofilament line and the bow and providing a sideways or windage adjustment in the sight.
