A dispenser having a tubular closure and a tubular container body. The closure has an open end and an axially opposite closed end. The closure has an annular side wall. The container body has a closed end and an opening longitudinally spaced from the closed end. The container body has an annular side wall. The closure is adjustably and telescopically coupled to the container so that the closure side wall remains adjacent to the container body side wall during an adjustment of the closure from a closed rotationally locked position to a closed rotationally unlocked position, to an alignment position, and to an open position. The dispenser utilizes rotational quadrants to control adjustment of the closure. The rotational quadrants are formed by the closure and container body. Each rotational quadrant includes a plurality of interferences, a first lateral passage, a first vertical passage, a helical guide, and a longitudinal guide.

Child resistant telescopic small item dispenser

A child resistant container having a container body, a ring and closure. The container body has an annular guide disposed on its neck's outer surface. The ring has an annular support disposed on its inner surface. The ring rotatably couples to the container body by sliding the ring over the container body's neck and positioning the support inside the guide the ring has an annular protrusion on its outer surface. The protrusion is divided into segments. The closure has an annular protrusion on its wall's inner surface. The closure's protrusion is divided into segments. The closure is snapped on the ring and retained on the ring via an interlocking of the segments. The closure is removed from the ring by aligning the closure segments in a position so they will pass through the gaps in the ring protrusion.

Child resistant container

A container for dispensing granular, flaked or powdered substances. The container has a container body, an adapter or neck, and a closure. The adapter is a hollow tube and has an adapter end connected to the container body. The adapter has an open end opposite the adapter end connected to the container body. The closure is adjustably coupled to the adapter at the adapter open end. The closure has a plurality of apertures in its closure wall. The closure is adjustable along an axis of the adapter by rotating the closure. The closure can be rotated to adjust the closure to an open position so that the apertures in the closure are at least partially unobstructed by the adapter and form a passageway into an interior hollow of the container. The closure can be rotated to adjust the closure to a closed position so that the closure apertures are completely obstructed by the adapter. Rotation of the closure changes the axial length of the container so that the axial length of the container is greater when the closure is in the open position than when the closure is in the closed position. The closure when in the closed position tightly seals the container.

Container for dispensing powdered granular or flaked substances

A child resistant container having a container body, a ring and closure. The container body has an annular guide disposed on its neck's outer surface. The ring rotatably couples to the container body by sliding the ring over the container body's neck and positioning the support inside the guide. A container including a base and an associated cover which form an enclosure for blister packs, pills, medication or other small articles. The container includes at least three latches located around the perimeter of the container to hold it closed. The latches can only be disengaged by applying pressure to all the latches simultaneously. In addition, the latches are spaced from each other so that two hands are required to simultaneously release all of the latches. Openings are advantageously placed near the latches to allow the user to exert inward pressure on the walls of the container, which pressure acts to disengage the latches.

Safety container

A child resistant box including a receptacle and an associated cover which form an enclosure for blister-packs, pills, medication or other small articles. The box includes latches located around the perimeter of the box to hold it closed. The latches can only be disengaged by applying pressure to all the latches simultaneously. In addition, the latches are spaced from each other so that two hands are required to simultaneously activate the latches. Openings are advantageously placed near the latches to allow the user to exert inward pressure on the walls of the box, which pressure acts to disengage the latches. In an alternative embodiment, the bottom wall of the box has a plurality of holes sized and spaced to conform to the size and spacing of blister-pack compartments so that the blister-pack contents can be dispensed through the holes.

A container for a compact product including a housing, a stem, and a follower engaged with the stem adapted to move axially within the container in response to rotation of the stem. The follower including a central tube threadingly engaged with the stem that is adapted to flex when the follower is in a retracted position and the stem is rotated, to permit the stem to rotate relative to the follower. A fingerwheel may be included to facilitate rotation of the stem.

Dispensing container for a compact product

An adult container according to the present invention comprises a container body and a cup-shaped closure which is installed telescopically over the open end of the container body. An annular rib, a plurality of longitudinal ramps and an annular groove and retaining lip are provided on the adjacent walls of the container body and the closure to coact with one another as the closure is longitudinally urged from a closed position to an open position. A cylindrical plug seal extends from a top wall of the closure to engage the open end of the container body when the closure is in the closed position. The closure has a side wall aperture which is unblocked to form a dispensing orifice when the closure is in the open position. The closure wall aperture is formed by relieving or omitting a portion of the cylindrical side wall of the closure from a bottom edge of the aperture through the top wall, with side edges extending parallel to a longitudinal axis of the closure.
