A patient flatwall system comprises a generally horizontal track extending generally parallel and adjacent to a wall of a hospital room, and at least one patient flatwall coupled to the track for movement therealong and for rotational movement relative thereto about a generally vertical axis. The at least one flatwall has a plurality of service connectors. In another embodiment, a patient flatwall system comprises a short telescopic arm having a proximal end coupled to the track for movement therealong, and a patient flatwall coupled to a distal end of the telescopic arm for rotational movement about a generally vertical axis.

Patient flatwall system

A patient-support apparatus includes a patient-support deck movable from a use position to a stowed position. The patient-support deck is configured to engage receivers of the patient-support apparatus to support the deck in a cantilevered configuration. The patient-support deck may be secured to the patient-support apparatus by a locking mechanism. A storage structure is configured to support the patient-support deck in a stowed position. The storage structure is configured to deflect under load to prevent damage to the storage structure or patient-support deck.

A patient-support apparatus includes receivers for supporting a patient-support deck. The patient-support deck is configured to engage the receivers to support the deck in a cantilevered configuration. The patient-support deck may be secured to the patient-support apparatus by a locking mechanism.

A vest apparatus comprises a vest having a rear panel, left rear and right rear air bladders supported by the rear panel, and a controller operable to inflate one of the left rear and right rear air bladders and simultaneously deflate the other of the left rear and right rear air bladders to cause lateral rotation of the patient.

A mobile emergency hospital comprises a first wheeled trailer and a second wheeled trailer parked alongside the first trailer such that adjacent side walls of the first and second trailers are arranged to confront each other. The first and second trailers have patient care equipment associated with first and second portions of the emergency hospital, respectively. The adjacent side walls of the two trailers have openings which are generally aligned with each other to form one or more passageways through which caregivers pass between the two trailers. The first trailer may include a plurality of wall units arranged along a non-adjacent side wall of the first trailer. Each such wall unit may include a plurality of service connectors and a foldout bed. The trailers may include expandable sections to provide additional floor space.

A pulmonary therapy system includes a chest binding apparel apparatus including a plurality of air bladders. The chest binding apparel apparatus is configured to be supported proximate the chest of a patient.

A pulmonary therapy apparatus including a proning device for turning a patient, a chest binding and compression device, or an oscillatory motion patient support.
