Imaging systems and associated methods are described. According to one aspect, an imaging system includes an antenna array having transmit and receive antennas, the transmit antennas emit electromagnetic energy from a plurality of different positions about a target imaging volume and the receive antennas receive reflections of the electromagnetic energy at the different positions, a transceiver configured to control the emission of the electromagnetic energy and to generate radar data that is indicative of the reflections of the electromagnetic energy received via the receive antennas; and processing circuitry configured to focus the radar data to provide first focused data in a first dimension, to focus the radar data in a second dimension to provide second focused data, and use the second focused data to focus the radar data in a third dimension to provide third focused data comprising an image of the target imaging volume.

Imaging systems and associated methods

Imaging systems, including radio frequency, microwave and millimeter-wave arrangements, and related methods are described. According to one aspect, an imaging system includes an antenna array, a position capture system configured to generate position information indicative of locations of one of the antenna array and the target at the first and second moments in time, and wherein the one of the antenna array and the target move between the first and second moments in time, a transceiver configured to control the antenna array to emit electromagnetic energy towards the target and to generate an output that is indicative of the received electromagnetic energy, a data acquisition system configured to generate radar data, processing circuitry configured to process the position information and the radar data to generate image data regarding the target, and an interface configured to use the image data to generate visual images regarding the target.

A hinge including a first hinge member and a second hinge member that is rotatably coupled to the first hinge member. The hinge has a torsion spring with a first end of the spring secured relative to the first hinge member and a second end adjustably securable relative to the second hinge member. An adjustment mechanism is included and is capable of disengaging the second end of the spring relative to the second hinge member and into engagement relative to the first hinge member to allow rotation of the second hinge member relative to the second end of the spring, and then re-engage the second end of the spring relative to the second hinge member, thereby changing engagement position of the second end of the spring relative to the second hinge member and adjusting the torsional spring tension.
